Dan's bullet strategy is essentially sacrificing all of his pieces as part of an advanced algorithm of low elo chess that it forces his opponent to capture in such a way that they never have the time to attack Dan's king.
Love Daniel pre moving to hang his pieces which eats at his opponent’s clock. When his opponent has only 10 secs left all Daniel needs is to hang 10 pieces. Galactic Brain

I believe this is the hangmans gambit, when you hang so many pieces your opponent forgets about your king and then runs out of time trying to capture everything you sent to the gallows.
Brilliant straitlaced commentary, you could feel the simmering rage bubbling beneath the surface.
