I just had tour with Carlos thanks to your channel. I watched your video last night and this morning I contacted Carlos and he agreed to do a tour with me today. He is an amazing guide, very knowledgeable and open to all questions. Don’t hesitate to reach out to him even if it is last minute. You never know. I happened to be lucky that he had time and you might be as well.
Thank you for sharing! We went to Machu Picchu last week and contacted Carlos beforehand - he was the best guide and we cannot recommend him enough to anyone who plans to go! He is super knowledgeable, has great suggestions for where to make the best pictures and such a nice guy to spend the day with! Highly recommend, so thanks to you for sharing his details - and happy onwards travels ❤
My boyfriend and I also found Carlos on this channel. He was amazing and probably one of the most knowledgeable guides in the area. Highly recommend everyone who would like to learn more about the history of Machu Picchu and Peru in general to hire him as a guide for their trip. ❤ Many thanks to the couple who made this video and to Carlos for the great experience!
@@wattstraveling Hello. We saw your video and we love it. How much did Carlo charge you for the circuit 2 + Inca Bridge? Any idea on how much tip to give him? Did you also get him for other tours that you had? Thank you.
@mikeson2376 hi there Mike! Carlos charges based on group size, best thing would be to reach out to him via his whatsapp number (in the description) and I don't know if he does other tours, something to ask him 👍 have a great time! We love Peru
@@wattstraveling thanks for replying. We are already booked with him. We're so excited. Also, did you get a permit for flying drones? some say you don't need, and I emailed DGAC and they replied to just go to the ADUANA in the airport. I google it and it is the immigration. I guess, I'll just see what they would say when I get there..??? Again, thank you.
Amazing. We just came back from Machu Picchu. Found Carlos on your channel. He had made our trip so much more memorable. He was very responsive from Day 1, the best tour guide/photographer/life coach-can not recommend him enough. Thanks Carlos!
Thank you for your video. I found out Carlos here and I did the tour with him today (15/12/2023). It was the best guide that I had in all my 2 weeks trip. He is very attentive, funny, he explained the entire tour very appropriately and clearly, it couldn’t be better. My experience was incredible and unforgettable, thank you so much Carlos and thanks for this amazing video too!

Thanks for sharing this detailed video! Very helpful. Which month did you visit? Also, were there two circuits (2a and 2b) when you went? Any recommendation on which one is better?
@prashthy hi there! Thank you. We went in early May. And from what I understand there are m more circuts now. We did the Inca bridge and circut #2 believe. Which was the most popular one, you get panoramic views of Mach Picchu
My family and I also found Carlos through this video, and there is just TOO MUCH PRAISE our family has for Carlos! If you are in need of a caring, dedicated, and funny guide to Machupicchu, then look no further! Even before flying out to Peru, Carlos can be a great source of information and even aid as you sort out your travel details. And even before or after your time in Machupicchu, Carlos can help find or fill your itinerary. With his 12 years' worth of contacts, we were able to save more than 50% on an ATV excursion for all 7 members of our family. Even if you fancy yourself to be an amuetuer photographer, you will want Carlos's help finding the best spots, angles, and moments. Like many Machupicchu guides, Carlos has an eye for social media, so be sure to get his help composing cute and silly photos to post. By the end of our stay in Augusta Caliente, our big family unit was up to 8 members, including Carlos!!! 😁
We just did a tour with Carlos and we couldn't recommend him enough! It was such an amazing experience. He truly has a ton of information to share and was absolutely a great tour guide. If you find him in Aguas Calientes, grab him and book him asap!
Hi Cheryl 👋 lol, yes I know FINALLY! We've done so much since we've been here, looking forward to sharing them all! You are definitely high up there with string for rails in some parts, others with nothing! Lol than you for watching! ❤️
hi there fitt Rege! 👋 We did as much as we could, didn't want to lose connection in the tall mountains..... but it was BEAUTIFUL 😍 thanks for watching! 👍
As a solo budget world traveler, i just googled the site history before & after my trip. Ill try to ask my hostel hist about trp itinerary via email. Hopefully I'll be ready in a few days. Yes,.im planning a spontaneous trip, but Machu pitchu has been on my bucket list for 3 years, but im just prioritizing my list. Egypt and Jordan were my most recent world adventure for 35 days. With a very short free week i have before starting a new job, this is time to cross off my bucket list. I was deciding/ checking between machu pitchu and Mont St Michelle Abby 😅 tickets for Machu pitchu is cheaper. Spontaneous trip, here i come 😊
The views took my breath away. What music was that playing @ 7:48 and ending at 9:04?. The whole video, views and music was so relaxing, and spiritual. I pray I can go MACHU PICCHU one day. Shalom
Hi there! Thank you so much for your feedback! We use epidemic sound for our music at the link below. We loved Peru and look forward to going back to explore more! Thank you so much for watching! ❤️ share.epidemicsound.com/lnqhl5
I am doing Salkantay to Macha Pichu again next month. I loved your videos and was overjoyed to see the rainbow bridge footage. It was not available 2 years ago possibly due to covid. I did just reach out to Carlos to ensure my companion and I experience as much as possible. I had tummy troubles last time so visit to MP was barely an hour before I had to evacuate. Very excited and your videos have made me even more so. David
Hi there David! 👋..... AGAIN....?! You were lucky enough to do it twice!..... oh man.... we didn't even get to do it once! 😪 I'm happy to hear you reached out to Carlos.... he's great 👍 Have a great time! Thank you for your feedback, appreciate it so much! We LOVED Palccoyo..... the views.....blew my mind! Thanks for watching! ❤️
@wattstraveling well this will be my second. I started from mollepeta, had perfect weather, dawdled a lot and rested 2 full days. So took me 8 days to get there. This time I'm planning the traditional route and maybe even having 2 humans and a mule as companions. I am very excited about the bridge as the lodge the night before mp has a wonderful view of this side of Mp but last time the focal zoom I had available to film was non existent. Just fascinates me how it hangs on the cliff
Hi Kerry Somewhere! 👋 Thank you for your feedback, I appreciate it a lot! Machu Picchu, I didn't find it difficult at all. Ausangate was okay, just the odd spots were difficult (but the views made you forget those difficult parts) Palccoyo was okay, we took our time and the views were awesome there too. Humantay I found difficult because it was constantly up hill, with not many flat areas for a little break. In the upcoming weeks I'll be posted a Machu Picchu guide with everything you'll need to know to get you there no problems! I think you'll find it helpful. Thank you so much for watching!
Awesome to see the Inca Bridge and one of the roads into Machu Picchu. It is impressive how the Incas were able to use the topography of the terrain to get a strategic advantage. If you think about it, a small army can stop a whole huge army of thousands of troops. The Incas also invented a method of preserving meat by drying it. That dry meat can be found in any 7&11 convenience store and it’s called jerky. Another Inca legacy to the world. The other is the potato. 😊

Hi there elba pereira! 👋 Peru is beautiful 😍 I'm absolutely amazed at all the landscapes, people, culture and delicious food! 😋 thank you for watching! ❤️
Hi, I just subscribed to your channel after watching your wonderful video of Machu Picchu. Do you mind me asking about what kind of phone did you film this with? The quality looks great! I will go in a few months so I want to capture some moments in this marvelous place 🤩 Thanks!
Awe, thank you for your kind words. Honestly my phone isn't anything special....? It's a Samsung S21 5G..... if I had to buy another phone I'd get the new iphone or s24 Ultra! Have a great trip to Peru! We loved it and can't wait to go back! Cheers
Thanks for the insight! I have to say you guys are so cool!!! I subscribed after my asia trip and right after I bought the airfare for this trip to MP, but I have a question...would I stand out in a cowboy hat? I want to wear my war hero / adventurer's grandfather's hat down here when I go.
Hi! Great video, just loved! I was there 2 weeks ago, I had the same tickets than you but I couldn’t do the inka bridge, I was soo afraid to fall 😂 Only my husband get there and he said that it was really scary. You are very brave… I miss every moment that I lived in Machu Picchu, it’s magical and beautiful!
Hi there! Thank you for your feedback! It's such a magical place....Peru was definitely one of my favorite places we visited so far! Thank you so much for watching, means a lot!
Hi acrodriguez 👋 we were actually there for 4 hours....I think that is the the longest time frame you are allowed there, however I didn't see that being policed. It was a great day! Thank you for watching. P.S. we also did the longest circuit #2 there ARE shorter routes you can take!
@@wattstraveling realizing I confused your start time with the amount of time lol. 4 hours is much more reasonable in order to properly soak in the experience. Well, thanks for bringing us along!
Hi there! It REALLY is BEAUTIFUL! 😍 You can buy altitude meds (Soroche) at any pharmacy for cheap! 👍 we took them, didn't get sick.... Coca candies are good too, but we first landed in Lima THEN went to Cusco. If you are going STRAIGHT to Cusco..... take atleast 2 days before doing anything. Just walking in Cusco will help get you used to the altitude.... you'll definitely feel it.... feels like your out of breath and out of shape everywhere you walk! 🤣🤣🤣 have an AMAZING time! If you are looking for a MP guide, I recommend CARLOS! 👍 he's great
Hi there! Since they recently changed the circuits in not sure to be honestly. All I know is that we did circuit 2 (which I think was the upper) portion plus we did the Inca bridge when we got there. Sorry I can't be more helpful. Looking at the new circuits I want to say Circuit 1-A with Inca bridge.... we had 4 hours to complete it. Not sure why the circuits changed 🤔
Great video! We were struggling to choose which circuit to do next month but this solidified our choice! We're trying to find a reasonable price for tour guides, how much did it cost to hire Carlos/ do you remember the range of what other guides offered?
Hi there! 👋 Thank you so much for your feedback! Carlos negotiates with you based on the size of group he has, so I think it will be different for everyone, plus a lot of the tour guides are independent workers so the cost can vary! Have a great trip, circuit 2 was AWESOME! thank you for watching❤
Hi there! 👋 they give everyone 4 hours to complete! And that's how long we took... you can do it quicker for sure, but why.... take your time, get the shots you want! When are you going? Thanks for the feedback and question
I have 2 questions what was the date you were in Machu Picchu? and second question did you need a permit to fly the drone in Much Picchu? and i really enjoy your video was really good work and thank you for your info
Hi there 👋...... his price fluctuates based on the group number. Reach out to him on Whatsapp he'll be happy to help out! His contact is in the description ❤️ thank you for watching! 😊
Hi, Thanks for sharing. Cant wait for our turn!! Anyway, I am having problems buying advance tickets Peru website you shared for March 2023, not sure why if website problem or still too early to buy, perhaps but have you experienced this problem? The site not working when I change the dates. Thank you in advance =)
hi thank for sharing this informative video. I am coming on July 28 and MP on august 1st. Im trying to get Perurail tickets but im having a hard time. do you have recommendations or i can book train when i arrive on the 28th, which hotel do you recommend to stay overnight in Aguas Calientes? thanks, can you share you guide whatsapp please. How long was your full circuit and we are hoping to return the same day to Cusco or Sacred Valley
Hi there! If you look in the description lots of links there that will help. You'll find Carlos's number there too. ruclips.net/video/lkKBVeVZQyY/видео.htmlsi=L7GfvQa8VvypW09q Is our video on Aguas Calientes it might help? Have a great time! We LOVED Peru! Corinna was really helpful too at Clap travel. Link in the description too! 👍
Hi Val/Jay, amazing Machu Picchu video, this is by far the best vlog from you both! Do you recommend to acclimatize to high level first before the trek?
Hi there Lee Marvin Gaye! 👋 Thank you for your feedback, that means a lot! Machu Picchu is actually lower in altitude than Machu Picchu.... so some people say just go right there..... but I say 1 or 2 days in Cusco.... it's REALLY BEAUTIFUL 😍 Thank you so much for watching! ❤️
Yess we want to go next year april. So i hope it will be nice weather too. We are really exited! I will watch the rest of your Peru video's. But do you maybe have some really important general tips for our trip?
@weronikagrembowska5442 if I could give you one piece of advice that would be to bring layers, especially if you plan on doing any hiking... the sun is intense.... and the weather fluctuates a lot from day and night and at what altitudes you hike! Good pair of high top hiking boots will help too.... even in the streets there's cobble stones (in Cusco) everywhere! Feel free to send me a message via Instagram if you have more questions! 👍
Hi there! Thank you so much for your feedback! I actually used my phone for most of the video because it's smaller and less cumbersome in big crowds, not that there were big crowds.....lol thank you for watching, it means a lot!
How did you get the drone footage and tripod setup shots? I thought you couldn’t brings those in. I want to go and take mine but was bummed when I saw another video saying they wouldn’t allow those items.
Hi there cardinal8268! 👋.....well that was our plan too!..... with Salkantany...... but Mother Nature had other plans...... check that out here⬇️ ruclips.net/video/YQd3fZNgLf8/видео.html I totally agree, a hike to Machu Picchu would be awesome! Thank you for watching! 👍
Hi again! Can you explain more about the time on the ticket? When I'm trying to book circuit2 with inca trail, let's say 1pm, upon check out gives a note that I have to enter the circuit between 12-1 and the mountain 1-2? Should I be lined up at the inca trail at 1pm meaning I have from 12pm to 1pm only to do the circuit 2 tour? Thank you
Hi there krazykara! Whatever your entrance time is going into Machu Picchu (if it's 1pm) they give people 1 hour (from 1-2) to enter, it's like a grace period. We didn't do the Inca trail, so I can't really say how that works. We only did circuit #2 and Inca bridge. Once you are through the entrance gate for MP, you have 4 hours to complete the circuit, which is plenty of time. Hope that helps 👍
@@wattstraveling I meant to write inca bridge! Excuse me. Really thank you for replying. Makes your channel a real source of information with real quick interaction! Thanks for sharing!
@krazykara1327 oh, okay! When we entered (our ticket was 1pm) we did the bridge first, was a good hike. Didn't seem to be too strict with times and there wasn't many ppl doing the bridge when we went. Then we did circuit 2! Thank you for your feedback, it's much appreciated 😊 ❤️
So, any thoughts or videos I may have missed on Huayana pichu?? Like did you get to do it in another video? And if not, any thoughts about it from your experience so far in Peru?
Hi there again! 👋 We didn't actually do Huayana Picchu, but everything I've read about people that have done it, say it's worth the hike! If you go, you'll have to let me know! 👍
@wattstraveling remember when you ranked macha pichu as number 2 cause you read and prepared a lot for it so you knew what to expect??? Vs the 7 lakes for example.. Now, cause I read a lot and watched a lot of your videos, seems like I'll just skip Peru since seems I visited it enough from watching reading asking planning etc 😀.. sometimes it's good to just go!
@krazykara1327 yes, you are right..... just go! I honestly tried to NOT do too much research..... but an independent Salkantany hike required a bit of research..... other than that..... we just explored... and LOVED IT! Hope you do too! ❤️
Nice vid, but suggest your able body viewers consider taking either the 1 day or 3 day hike into Machu Picchu, don’t take the bus in! Seeing MP in the mist for the first time from the sun gate is truly magical. The hikes are inexpensive but strenuous due to the altitude (guides/porters carry all the gear). definitely book guides in advance, most are great but there is variation. The bridge hike is cool, but don’t miss the climb up Huayna picchu, also incredible.
Hi there! Whatever Footwear you bring make sure it supports your ankle! I'd recommend boots and if you want poles just rent them when you get there! Hope that helps! Water proof boots are a great idea too! Oh, and layers.... it gets hot hiking, then cold .....
thanks for the tips. I am travelling solo to MP and would like to contact Carlos. how do we go about MP ticket as in book a circuit first then contact Carlos? Also, how much would it cost for a solo traveller to hire a tour guide? so that i can add on to my budget :) Thanks
@nasdanrose4802 hi there 😊 you'll have such a great time. Carlos, whatsap number is in the description along with the travel company we used. Corinna was amazing! Ask for her! Hope that helps! 👍
Hi Krazykara 👋 As you can see in the video I'm wearing a t shirt so weather was warm and comfortable! If you are staying in Cusco at night, it gets chilly this time of year! Just bring layers and you'll be good! Thanks for watching ❤️
Hi RubiesGold! 👋 Carlos negotiates with all clients so the prices vary. All the links for bus prices, entry tickets and where we stayed are in the description! 👍 Thank you for your feedback, and thank you for watching. ❤️ feel free to DM me with anything specific to your trip! 😁ruclips.net/video/Jv0c7FjnVq4/видео.html This video might help too! 👍
Hello again..... guides are not mandatory from what I understand but you'll miss so much info..... it really is nice to have. As for the different circuits, I'd recommend checking out the link I left in the description 👍 there's lots to explain but in the link you can look at different routes and pick one that best suits you! 👍thank you so much for watching! ❤️
Hi there Robertosanchez! 👋 felt like we had the place to ourselves, it was great! When we first walked in there were a few crowds but after we started to explore.... it was like we were the only ones there! Thank you for watching! ❤️
Hi there, our MP tix cost $55 each plus an additional $10 for the Inca bridge Bus and train to Aguas clientes was $249(for 2ppl)... This was from the bus station in Cusco. Train from Aguas clientes back to Ollantaytambo was $180(for 2 ppl) Bus up to MP $$64 round trip (for 2 pp)... but you can hike it, if you dare 🤣 We ended up staying in Ollantaytambo for 2 nights (I'd definitely recommend.... also did a video on that too) then took a private taxi back to Cusco and it cost $36 All prices in CAD hope that helps! 👍
I am taking an impromptu trip to Lima and want to spend a few days in cuzco and machu. BUT I have NO MP tickets. The official site is all out. what do I do?
Hi there, unfortunately they only sell a certain amount of tickets per day, and tickets should be booked in advance. The only thing is suggest is reaching out here: www.google.ca/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&opi=89978449&url=m.facebook.com/claptravel/&ved=2ahUKEwjqg92E2Y2HAxUW1TQHHX6hCnAQFnoECBoQAQ&usg=AOvVaw1K9qHJuimoGJHaaDsEs8n3 Talk to Corinna, she might have something up her sleeve! 👍
I’m trying add the Inka Bridge To my classic circuit 2 and it’s not an option on the ticket website it’s listed as circuit 1 bridge. Can I do the bridge on another day or does it have to be the day of your visit?
That's a good question. We actually didn't plan on doing the Inca bridge but our tour guide suggested it and we just paid when we got there? Carlos was awesome that way!
@yashwanthboddu hi there 👋 we did circuit #2 but it's done differently now so I don't know what to tell you? I'm not sure why they've changed it, there are more circuits to choose from now, from what I understand.
@yashwanthboddu no problem! We did the inka bridge and the most popular circuit that gives you the postcard view of Machu Picchu 😍 it was amazing! Have a great time
Hi there, Fay Zet! Hi honestly, circuit 2 gives you some of the best views! It's the longest circuit, but I think it's worth it. Check out the description box I've left a link that explains all the circuits! Great question and thank you for watching!
Thank you and really great video! Would you please share the information (maybe WhatsApp) about the guide Carlos? I would like to book him. Thank you again!
Hi there! 👋 all the guides work independently, so they could all be different..... and it depends on the group size. I can remember the exact price...? I want to say around 25 CAD pp. Contact Carlos on his whatsapp (Number in description) he's great! 👌
Hi there, i wasn't using a gimble my phone has handle on it, it's not extendabl. They don't like long selfie sticks because they're interruptive to others. Plus they don't want any poles touching the ground. Strict rules....👍

Hello S Wheeler! 👋 Awe, you are very welcome. We had such a great day with good company 😊 Thank you so much for watching! ❤️
Awe, I love this! I'll be sharing your comment with Carlos! ❤️
We just did a tour with Carlos and we couldn't recommend him enough! It was such an amazing experience. He truly has a ton of information to share and was absolutely a great tour guide. If you find him in Aguas Calientes, grab him and book him asap!
Oh, he really is! So happy to hear you had a great time! He's Awesome👍
Thank you for such a great comment and thank you for watching! ❤️
how much does it cost to hire him?
@albertoiuit3966 hi there, he's an independent your guide, best to contact him from the whatsapps number in the description box 👍
Wow finally Machu Pichu video! It is amazing as it looks in photos but I won't be strong enough to walk through those paths I'm too scared of heights
Hi Cheryl 👋 lol, yes I know FINALLY! We've done so much since we've been here, looking forward to sharing them all! You are definitely high up there with string for rails in some parts, others with nothing! Lol than you for watching! ❤️
I wish you could fly your drone through the mountains for more spectacular views.
hi there fitt Rege! 👋 We did as much as we could, didn't want to lose connection in the tall mountains..... but it was BEAUTIFUL 😍 thanks for watching! 👍
i thought drones were prohibited? you guys got some amazing shots@@wattstraveling
Spontaneous trip, here i come 😊
Hi there 👋 Have a wonderful trip! You'll love it and good luck with your new job! Thanks for watching! ❤️

love how quiet and peaceful jason is. he's literally minding his own business 😂😂😂 hes my man ops ! no lol ur man val
Hi Cheryl 👋 Funny, he doesn't like being in front of the camera and he's usually the talker in the relationship 🤣🤣 thank you for watching! ❤️
@davidrichards9898 Wow that's AWESOME! You'll have a great time! Having a mule is a good idea too! 👍
Thanks for posting this. I would like to take one of the hikes above. I think I'll do this when we go to Peru in September! Was it difficult?
Hello! 👋 yes we learned all about the Inca history.... very impressive! Love the food here in Peru especially the potatoes ❤️ Thank you for watching!
@@wattstraveling Yes, the food is incredibly delicious and friendly people.

Cheers
Sooo pretty! Can't wait to see the next one!! 😍
Hi Karen 👋 YES!..... it really was.....I found myself lost for words. I'm so happy that we got to check it off the bucklist! Thanks for watching! ❤️
Hey, thank you for that, means a lot! As for the hat, I think your grandfather would want nothing less! WEAR. THE. HAT! ❤️ have a wonderful trip!
Stunning!!! ❤
Hi Brenda 👋 It was such a beautiful day! We loved it here, even with the 5 minutes of rain we had! Such a BEAUTIFUL place! 😍 thanks for watching! ❤️
Glad the weather cooperated for you on this trip. Seems like a lot to see for only one hour, though.
@@Serf_dumb You are very welcome! 👍
Completely beautiful! How was the altitude? Did you get sick at all?? I am so nervous about it because we'll be going there pretty soon.
👍 he's great
Thanks for a beautiful video 🥰🥰👍🏼 greetings from Indonesia 🇮🇩
Hellllo......INDONESIA!! Thank you SO MUCH for watching! ❤️
Hello… nice video. I have a question. There are 2 sub types in circuit 2. One is with lower terrace. Which one you did?
Is Feb or March to go? Awesome video! We can go these time only…
Hi there! The only thing about these months is the rain. Rainy season is Nov-April. Have a great time in Peru, and thanks for watching! 😁
Wow❗️👏👏💪💯👍🤗🇵🇪
Hello there Roman! Hi thank you so much for your feedback it means a lot! Also, thank you for watching! ❤️ we ❤️ 🇵🇪
Hi! Great video :) How long was the tour?
Hi there! 👋 we went to Machu Picchu in Early May 👍 technically yes, drone permits are required for MP. thank you for watching ❤️
Amazing video! How much does Carlos charge for his service?
Hi there 👋...... his price fluctuates based on the group number. Reach out to him on Whatsapp he'll be happy to help out! His contact is in the description ❤️ thank you for watching! 😊
Hi, Thanks for sharing. Cant wait for our turn!! Anyway, I am having problems buying advance tickets Peru website you shared for March 2023, not sure why if website problem or still too early to buy, perhaps but have you experienced this problem? The site not working when I change the dates. Thank you in advance =)
Hi there! 👋 You are very welcome. We didn't have a problem booking in advance..... maybe the site is down? Have a great trip, you will love it! ❤️
hi thank for sharing this informative video.

Is our video on Aguas Calientes it might help?
Hi. Maybe i missed it, but in which month did you travel to Machu Picchu/Peru? The weather looks great and there are not a lot of people.
Hi there 👋 we went May 7th it was great weather too! We went at 1pm! Hope you get a chance to go, we loved Peru!
Okay, thank you very much! And i will😊
Amazing! Great video thanks a lot! The drone shots were awesome! Do you need a permit to fly there?
Hello! Thank you for your feedback. You need permission, yes 👍 Thank you so much for watching! ❤️
@@kr0705 thank you, we appreciate your feedback 👍
I watched dozens of Machu Picchu videos. This is one of the better ones.
Did you use a special camera or a cell phone?
The picture is so clear.
Reach out to me on Instagram 👍
I did the 4 day hike in 2012. If you can do that I'd do that. The journey there was spectacular
Hi there cardinal8268! 👋.....well that was our plan too!..... with Salkantany...... but Mother Nature had other plans...... check that out here⬇️
ruclips.net/video/YQd3fZNgLf8/видео.html
I totally agree, a hike to Machu Picchu would be awesome!
Thanks
No problem 😊
There are 4 different circuit and not sure which one would worth booking it? I would appreciate it if you give me some recommendations on that.
Hi there.... we did circuit #2 it was great! It's the longest and gives you great views of MP!
That's good to know about circuit 1 and 3! Some we only did circuit 2 and the bridge, I can only go by our experience! Thank you for the info!
What shoes do you recommend for the hikes are Chacos a good option or stick to hiking shoes or boots?
Hi there! Whatever Footwear you bring make sure it supports your ankle! I'd recommend boots and if you want poles just rent them when you get there! Hope that helps! Water proof boots are a great idea too! Oh, and layers.... it gets hot hiking, then cold .....
@@wattstraveling Thank you for the tips.
thanks for the tips.

Great video but I didn't catch the costs for you of the guide, the bus, entry tickets, place you stayed, food, etc

Do you have to book a tour guide? What do you mean by circuit 2?
Hello again..... guides are not mandatory from what I understand but you'll miss so much info..... it really is nice to have. As for the different circuits, I'd recommend checking out the link I left in the description 👍 there's lots to explain but in the link you can look at different routes and pick one that best suits you! 👍thank you so much for watching! ❤️
How were the crowds in machu picchu in the afternoon?
Hi there Robertosanchez! 👋 felt like we had the place to ourselves, it was great! When we first walked in there were a few crowds but after we started to explore.... it was like we were the only ones there! Thank you for watching! ❤️
How much did it cost to DIY? Train, bus, guide and entrance ticket?
Hi there, our MP tix cost $55 each plus an additional $10 for the Inca bridge
Bus and train to Aguas clientes was $249(for 2ppl)... This was from the bus station in Cusco.
Train from Aguas clientes back to Ollantaytambo was $180(for 2 ppl)
Bus up to MP $$64 round trip (for 2 pp)... but you can hike it, if you dare 🤣
We ended up staying in Ollantaytambo for 2 nights (I'd definitely recommend.... also did a video on that too) then took a private taxi back to Cusco and it cost $36
All prices in CAD hope that helps! 👍

How much you pay tour guide ?

Looks like you are using a gimbal. Is that allowed or one needs a special permission from authority?
Hi there, i wasn't using a gimble my phone has handle on it, it's not extendabl. They don't like long selfie sticks because they're interruptive to others. Plus they don't want any poles touching the ground. Strict rules....👍
