I can not stress enough how much Mac Miller genuinely progressed as an artist throughout his entire career, and the album that came before this, or mixtape moreso, Macadelic, was a real shift in his work output in a positive way. If you really want to appreciate not only the talent, but also a fantastic song, I can't recommend 100 GrandKids by him enough.
Mac can be super lyrical man, he's a real Emcee and artist, not just your typical rapper. Not to mention his singing and jazzy side with Swimming and Circles. This track is off of Watching Movies With The Sound Off, my fav Mac album. There's lots of introspection and philosophical thoughts on the album. I would suggest some more lyrical tracks like this one, but I assume you only take suggestions from Patreon. I pray the Mac Heads give you the top tier juice Mac has to offer.
