Exciting…I remember when we built our house in NC.but life sent us to Florida.we bought a new home but it was spec house so we have been slowly changing to what we wanted…next is the kitchen…thank you for all your inspiration…can’t wait to see what you guys come up with on decor …❤

Besutiful! Will you have a dual HVAC system? If so, heating or cooling one level will not impact the other.
