Sir do sbi po take ASD (m) certificate, becoz i dont have one...i have dwarfism certificate, but i dont have asd certificate, i want to fill the form, in d&e then sub type-multiple disability , its sub type is LD and ASD. Renew it before the closing date of the application..... The certificate should be issued after April 2023
