2024 has been the most painful year of my life. I was heartbroken and betrayed so badly, I could not get out of bed for months. Couldn't eat nor sleep. Lost 45 pounds in months. I am still healing. Still in c-PTSD.
I Realised that my family have been enmeshed and I've self-sacrificed my happiness for my parents and sister. I feel completely depressed. I might just try and recolate.
