    KIIIIIMMMM!!! You 🪴 🌱 🌿 🌾 are giving me all the feels!!! I'm so jelly because you have the most delicious natural light, which I have absolutely none. I currently have a string of pearls that is doing so well, and a string of 🐢 that's on steroids, it's growing so fast. I also have a fiddle leaf fig, which is currently hating everything about life and me and is soon to find herself a new home at the curb. Starting out with about 30 glorious leaves now we are down to about 7. #sheliterallyhatesme

      @@createwithkim7 i use a couple drops of peppermint in a spray bottle to control the insects around my plants. I love the string of pearls, they are truly beautiful. Also when my plants get dry spots, fungus or anything that make them look like they are sick. I use a couple of drops of tea tree oil in water and spray the leaves. First, Give your plants a good wipe down with with a tablespoon of alcohol in a 1 1/2 cups of water. Then spray with the tea tree and water mixture in a spray bottle. They should perk up after about a day and you will see the leaves start to heal.

      @@createwithkim7 thanks. It isn’t the best for raising plants, but I manage. And we have a short but beautiful summer with very long, sunny days as we are so far north. I am from Florida and Georgia, and I don’t miss the extreme heat and humidity. Or giant roaches that make their way into even the cleanest houses on occasion. Shudder. There were also poisonous snakes out where I lived (none here) but while I was careful and respectful of them I didn’t hate them like those flying monster insects.

      @Pink7omy 2 года назад

      @@createwithkim7 All dieffenbachia varieties love basking in bright light next to a window, but they hate direct sunlight. They only need to be watered when the soil becomes dry. 🪴You water it depending on how long your type of soil stays damp.
      Most importantly the pots have to have holes so that the soil and roots can breathe. 🪴Let your plant know how much you love it because plants can actually sense sound. Clean it’s leaves with damped paper towel to rid any deadly spider mites and allow the leaves to breathe. 🌱
      In El Paso my mom had a Tropic Snow dieffenbachia and it grew so tall like a tree in our 2 story house, that it touched the ceiling. Dieffenbachia grow so quickly tall and they are so beautiful compared to many houseplants. Many Asian people love them.

The lemon lime maranta is a prayer plant because at night the leaves go up to reserve warmth and during the day the are down for light -- they like to be moist but not overwatered. One of my friend's brother was married to the daughter so they split the plant among the family and I ended up with a piece of it and the lady's name in the community they called her kisser.
