tips: blend chopped green onion with some oil and then add egg wash, less water might come out for more crispy taste
integridents:
egg: 6 pcs
chopped green onion: 100 g
flavouring:
salad oil: 1 spoon
salt: 1/2 spoon
how to prepare:
1. mix chopped green onion even with 1 spoon of salad oil
2. beat egg, pour chopped green onion prepared in step 1 and salt into egg wash, mix for use.
3. heat up the pot, pour in 3 spoons of oil, pour in egg wash prepared in step 2, mix quickly in the center to ensure the even heat up of egg wash
4. fire to the smell of slightly brown, turn over, and fire until golden.

tips: fire whitebaits first, better taste when less water outcome

minced garlic: 5 g
chopped green onion: 20 g

how to prepare:
1. heat up the pot, pour 1 spoon of salad oil, put in whitebaits and garlic mash, stir to the fragance out and remove.

4. fire to one side slightly golden, turn over, and fire for about 1 minute with low fire until two golden sides.
