  • scrambled egg with chopped green onion
    tips: blend chopped green onion with some oil and then add egg wash, less water might come out for more crispy taste
    integridents:
    egg: 6 pcs
    chopped green onion: 100 g
    flavouring:
    salad oil: 1 spoon
    salt: 1/2 spoon
    how to prepare:
    1. mix chopped green onion even with 1 spoon of salad oil
    2. beat egg, pour chopped green onion prepared in step 1 and salt into egg wash, mix for use.
    3. heat up the pot, pour in 3 spoons of oil, pour in egg wash prepared in step 2, mix quickly in the center to ensure the even heat up of egg wash
    4. fire to the smell of slightly brown, turn over, and fire until golden.

    tips: fire whitebaits first, better taste when less water outcome
    integridents:
    egg: 5pcs
    whitebait: 100 g
    minced garlic: 5 g
    chopped green onion: 20 g
    flavouring:
    salt: 1/6 spoon
    rice wine: 1 spoon
    white pepper powder: 1/6 spoon
    how to prepare:
    1. heat up the pot, pour 1 spoon of salad oil, put in whitebaits and garlic mash, stir to the fragance out and remove.
    2. beat eggs, put in whitebaits, rice wine, chopped green oninons, salt, white pepper powder and mix even for use. (rice

    tips: clean radish and fire, to light and crisp other than too salty

    dried radish 100g
    chopped green onion 25g
    flavouring:
    white pepper powder: 1/2 spoon
    how to prepare:
    1. clean radish and dry, heat up the pot, pour little oil, put in radish, stir to dry water with low fire, and then remove for use.
    2. beat eggs, put in dry radish prepared in step 1, chopped green onions, salt, white pepper powder, and mix even for use.
    3. heat up the pot, pour in 2 spoons of oil, turn on medium fire to mix the egg quickly until slightly solid, then turn to low fire to fire for final outcome.
    4. fire to one side slightly golden, turn over, and fire for about 1 minute with low fire until golden.

    chopped basil: 150 g
    flavouring:
    salt: 1/2 spoon
    white pepper powder: 1/6 spoon
    how to prepare:
    1. clean basil and dry to chop
    2. beat eggs, put in basil, salt, white pepper powder, and mix even for use.
    3. heat up the pot, pour in 1 spoon of oil, pour in egg wash prepared in step 2, turn on medium fire to mix the egg quickly until slightly solid, then turn to low fire to fire for final outcome.
    4. fire to one side slightly golden, turn over, and fire for about 1 minute with low fire until two golden sides.

    菜脯蛋跟蔥花蛋最後呈現的厚度好有賣相喔!看了都留口水了,比較像平底鍋煎出來的不像是影片中炒菜鍋煎出來的感覺。

    怎沒有加醬油? 古早味就是醬油煎蛋 而非日式煎蛋(玉子燒)那樣

      造耘 加酱油就暗 拍出来就不好看 不好看就没人喜欢看 没人喜欢看他们频道就做不下去 做不下去就可能会失业 失业就会吃不起鸡蛋 所以无所谓古早味或怎样 他们就是不放酱油 古早味就是个噱头
