RGT is a brand owned by HSP, originally for their high end card but now used for their crawlers. The history of their crawler can be traced back to the HSP Pangolin which was a copy of the AX10. The Pangolin is more well known in the UK as the Maverick Scout and the Redcat Everest10. The running gear was then mounted to a ladder frame chassis, making the HSP Boxer, which was also rebadged as the Redcat Gen7. The axle cases were redesigned to fit a panhard link and make the pumpkin smaller. This became the HSP Boxer Pro, rebadged as the FTX Outback Fury and the RGT EX86100. The next in line is the RGT EX86110, with a forward mounted motor and centre transfer box.

Unsure if the factory driveshafts will work as I have rc4wd punisher shafts on mine, haha.
@@jonlaird5082 Awesome, cheers for the info ;)
@@TomleyRC you're very welcome man 😎👍. Being I didn't have any spacers I used extra wheel hex hubs from an old axial wraith and due to them not looking like traditional hexes they were the perfect height.
I'll be looking in to the conversion very soon.
Does it have adrag brake and will it run 3s like the Paso?? anyone now.cant make mind up between Paso or fury
Can you tell me if you can fit a trx4 body shell on that?
Wow, Traxxas didn't sue you for this or issue a strike?
RGT have now jumped over FTX with their new chassis, the EX86110 as you've seen with their CJ variant . uk.banggood.com/RGT-EX86110-110-2_4G-4WD-RC-Car-Electric-Off-road-Vehicle-Climbing-Rock-Crawler-RTR-Model-p-1544050.html?rmmds=search&ID=6157196&cur_warehouse=CN They've done the same with their 1/24 scale crawler as well
Yes, I have them both. V3 FTX I'm sure will be the same as these
Nice but I still can't afford it
woww amazing😍👍👏👏👏
4 link and panhard, ha ha ha. I'm guessing the link is included so you can axle mount your servo if you want.
Yes, Ive removed one of the links now, gives a little more 'flex' 👍
What was with the lipo ?
Is is ready to run does the battery and every thing come in box
It will depend where you buy it from. Always good to check the product description
@@TomleyRC thanks lad
You should try the hobao dc1
Yes, they looks nice!
Hello can I put a 1/10 lc80 hardbody on this?
Nice crawler that beautiful body I think u can meet Kevin talbot
It's a good looking truck yes.
I must say that the first minute was just telling off kev
Well, not telling him off...he reviews the same stuff as me so he has no room to talk. Just putting the haters he sent over straight, they seem to think everything from China is crap..... well, only on this channel 😂
I’m getting one for my bday
Is it fully waterproof??
$65 on aliexpress right now june 1-7 2024
Excuse me, how much for that one?
Does this rgt/fury run 3s capable like the v3 Paso .does anybody know??
I think the reason why they think it's cheap or might say it's cheap is because the price is too good to be true. Also on your channel I notice you kind of throw everything around like you don't care about it. Just an observation
Yeah, it's easy to write something off because of the price. I really like these RGT crawlers. As for throwing things around....it gives them a good 'durability' test 😎
@@TomleyRC I do like your Channel
It looks pretty cool!
Does it come with a charger?
Yes
Is it a full metal? Or a plastic?
Chassis is metal, axles are plastic... gears are metal I think
FTX has 4 led up front and 2 on its butt,,,, and it is so much better with panhard off,,, never used it.
Informative
I've found one online for $59.99👀🤔
Hmmm... I’m not sure you’ll get one of these when you receive it 🧐
I like this one. Are you willing to donate it? (Asking for a friend) 😁
I'll put it on your wish list... 😎👌
Tomley RC thanks. Asking doesn’t hurt 😉
Nice!
Can it run on 3s ?
Traxxas TRXE 4 good
Traxiss stuff breaks just as much.
You are not wrong. But it's Traxxas...so nobody really complains.... it's just 'part of the hobby'
I'd buy a $raxxas TRX$ if it was $400 cheaper and a roller...
we have desame truck sir!!!
Can i run it with 3s lipo 5500 mah out of box?
I've not tried the Stock eSC 3s... but I have used a Quicrun 1060, and the chassis/drivetrain takes it well
👍 😁 👌 Sehr cool
I got bought this from Ali for $75
Flux outback v2 fury
Yes, I'm still trying to work out if FTX are part of RGT...and who is the top dog. RGT seem to always be one version ahead, so that may answer the question.
@@TomleyRC I've heard somewhere that ftx is hsp and hsp is rgt. Same brand but different name's?
Yes, i have heard that too
i want this car :)
People who deem these rubbish, have never ever driven one.
This little rc truck needs some weight lol looks and sounds super cheap
Why do all these videos. Show the tester slamming everything around and being extremely hard handed it does not prove durability
That's just the way I am.... 😎👌
I've noticed this too and it's annoying.

Angry eyes is the absolute worst look for a jeep, but the body is garbage anyway. Looks like your basic crawler, nothing special. Thought it would at least have portals. Seems ok for the money.
The front mounted 550 motor version is the better one, but this is good!
