And, I think I got the solution to that last one, you can pull the big block with the strawberry trapped (at 38:10 ) with the orange jelly, by sticking it on the bottom and pulling down, two of those pieces can come off together, and bringing an extra strawberry to the puzzle would let you solve it easily

Yes. There is a seam running across it (and also one running through vertically). Using the orange to pull it apart, then using the orange to push the strawberry into the lower left, he could do exactly as he wanted.

I don't see how to do Packing Service. Someone previously tried to give you a hint about Ouroboros: Deep Stack, and since you're done, here it is:
You DID see all 3 parts of it, it was a trick. They were numbered I, 2, and II.
