Great bunch of showings, Sam! I must, MUST finally get Grand Prix on vinyl. I found a copy in X Records in Bolton last year but the condition/price wasn't quite what I wanted so I had to leave it behind. My favourite track on that album is actually on side 1, 'Sparky's Dream'. I just spun that Orange Juice record a couple of weeks ago, hadn't heard it for years and really enjoyed it. Arcade Fire are a great band, I used to be obsessed with watching the live version of 'The Suburbs' which they did with Cyndia Lauper at Glastonbury. Love the T-shirt by the way, I just finished watching The Mind of Evil on iplayer. There's a great new edition of the magazine, 'The Dr Who Chronicles' out by the way, focussing on 1971. I picked it up the other day from WH Smiths. Cheers, James
Hey James; thanks so much for stopping by 😀🙏🍿🎸🎶 Oh would definitely recommend getting ‘Grand Prix’ on Vinyl bud; it’s my fav TF album and in my Top 10 albums ever 🤩 I was lucky to stumble upon an OG Vinyl copy at Vinyl Villains in Edinburgh back in 2020 time 😀👌 It really has some incredible tracks on there; my fav track is ‘Going Places’ 🙌 Orange Juice are an awesome band 🧡 Really love all three of their albums; the debut is my fav and has aged tremendously 🐬💙 Love AF aswell James; seen them live twice; both times great performances; especially the first time I saw them back in 2018; one of my all time fav gigs that is 🤩 I been rewatching ‘The Seeds Of Doom’ on VHS; great to watch that at the Wintery period; pretty influenced from ‘The Thing From Another World’; love JP as the third Doctor aswell; I need to revisit Mind Of Evil; been a while since I last seen that episode 😊 Thanks so much for commenting James mate and hope your weekend is going wonderfully well 😀🙏🍿🎸🎶

Love that prefAb sprout album. Both that album and steve mcqueen are loaded with perfect pop songs. “Two wheels Good” aka Steve McQueen has the best three song opener of any album ever; with Faron, Bonny, and Appetite.

I saw Seeds of Doom when it was first broadcast in 1975. I was four years old and it scared me to death!

Thanks for doing a response Sammy. Although I'm unfamiliar with a few of the albums I totally agree with The Clash, ABC and Elvis Costello.
