Do you have to get recruited to play soccer at butler or could you just show up to a tryout to get on the team?

Typically you have to get recruited to any D1 program. But if you are enrolled in the school you can usually try out and walk on. If you walk on I don’t think you can get a scholarship until the next semester after you walk on.
