BTS hold all the American artist they look up to in high regards... RM says his fav artist is Nas. J Hopes fav artist is J Cole who he did a collab with. And BTS has referenced Usher in their song Butter. I don't think any American artist would look at it as getting on the kpop train, more like doing a favor for an artist that looks up to them in the highest regard!
Didn't know Nas was RM's favorite artist. I did know about Hope and Cole (their collab was good).

Exactly! Hell, JK was born 3 years after Usher's career starter lol. But either way, two international superstars, halfway around the world from one another, killing it together.

Please rest assured JK has the highest respect for Usher and his talent. JK named Usher, Justin Timberlake and Justin Bieber as his biggest inspirations. He’s collabed with 2 and indirectly worked with JB. JK’s genuine fans appreciate the big shout out that Usher gave JK by agreeing to this collab. Usher did it justice too!

I am so happy for this awesome collaboration. I have been asking for a Collab with BTS and Usher ever since BTS song Butter had the line "Don't need no Usher to remind me you got it bad". JK and Usher hit it out of the park. You have two legends in their own right from two different countries, different styles and different age groups and they came together and it is 🔥🔥🔥.

Many KPop fans make up any excuse to down any act that isn’t their favorite. Solos of members who aren’t JK refuse to give JK any credit for his success. But what they think doesn’t matter.
I love how they did their own thing and complimented each other, didn’t compete. Loved it!
That's big facts. I think the worse example of that that I've seen, is Lisa fans. They tear everybody down, who isn't her. Not all of course, but a looooot.

I think Junghook was the one trying to get in Usher’s train because I had no idea who he was until I saw this video. 😂Well … I am in my 50s. But I do know who BTS is. I just didn’t know the names of the individual members. Now because of this video I found who JK is and I also found his new album Golden, which is fantastic and has appeal even for me ‘cause of the quality. I am glad I “discovered” him!
LOL you are much like me, I knew who they were, but didn't know names. I just recently got in his music, and am happy I did. I haven't listened to the full Golden album yet, but the songs I've heard, are killer!.

I wish people could just acknowledge the mutual respect that these guys obviously have for one another, and the love of their art💜 It feels like an absolutely historical collab to me. Loved this collab. Usher did Usher and JK did JK and together they produced a great performance. It was great that JK had a chance to perform with one of his idols. I gather they had a great laugh together, and really clicked. Usher has said that he is going to put the song on his new album.
Somes so called fans don't know what they are talking about and misbehave unfortunately it appears to be coming from both sides. Unfortunately there are toxic people everywhere. They are both amazing professional performers in their own right and Usher has stood the test of time. I hope that JK lasts as long.
