You should try 1200p xess quality in-game resolution, then enable RSR in adrenaline which will further upscale to your native display resolution i.e 1440p/4k. Looks better than native 1200p and comparable to 1440p. You won't be losing performance, and you will get less flaws that comes with performance mode upscaling.
@@AMD718 yh, but I believe the temporal stability is a little better overall. Even xess balance at 1200p, RSR enabled looks similar to 1440p performance mode and you get a little more FPS as well. I think it's worth a look, you might disagree. I'm just hoping fsr 3.1 mod releases soon from lukefz .
@@AMD718 have you tried afmf2 yet?...in cyberpunk with the fsr3 mod I was getting fuzzy artifacts around the NPC's and objects when moving, but I don't get that with afmf2. The latency is also good. Only issue is ghosting on the aim reticle when moving it around. It also doesn't disable itself when moving the camera, but you have to use high/quality mode. I think it's pretty cool for a first preview release. Looking forward to more updates and official release.
@@alvarg yeah it's a little rough but hard to compromise on frame rate. I'm just testing the new Ultra Plus mod now and with that I can decrease upscaling to balanced at least, or even quality. May upload a video of it
Hi there. Now that I finished both phantom liberty and the base game I've moved onto mods and remembered your post. I am now using the following mods: FSR 3 frame gen mod Ultra Plus with pt16-fast (allowed me to go to XeSS balanced without any performance loss) Nova LUT 2.0 classic HD reworked (ultra) Looks so much better! Mods are truly a gift to gamers.
Great video!! Thank you for the upload .. looks amazing with path tracing, very shocked

@@RX7800XTBenchmarks I will definitely try that. But, what this will accomplish is, less temporal and more spatial upscaling, correct?
