Triumph are hands down my favourite manufacturer, they're absolutely smashing it right now. All they need is to revive the Daytona with the engines from the '18 Striple and Speed and they'll tick every box you care to throw at them
I haven't unfortunately but I've sat on it in the showroom and it was a really good fit for me. If I had the money right now I'd probably be all over it
Maybe, their would need to be a class for the 765 Daytona to run at the grassroots level too for it to succeed. Super sports are mega fun but the market isn't buying them, everyone is making naked sport bikes now.
Looks like a rigid frame bike from the 1930s. But with hidden rear suspension it's awesome. This is what HD should be making for their entry level bike.
I think there's a little cruiser in everyone. Sometimes it's nice to get looks on a bike that's kind to you. The Bobber could use some higher bars then it'd be perfect for a lazy day.
It's not a cruiser, it's a retro sport bike based on the fashion of post WW2 ex military machines that people stripped back at the time for racing. Nothing like a modern sport bike, however It's designed for riding not just looking good. But ye it's stunning.
The Bobber with the green two tone tank is beautiful. I also like the Harley Low Rider S. Triumph is fantastic because they make every type of bike out there except motocross.
My friend just bought a Triumph bobber and its stunning, maybe even prettier than my chief classic! Not going to lie though, I'd rather be on my sport bike 90% or more of the time. Unfortunately most of my friends only own one motorcycle and most aren't into sport bikes and bringing a supersport on a weekend cruise is like bringing a gun to a knife fight.
Thanks for the review Tom! I am on my P and I ride an Rebel500 at the moment. The black Bobber will be my next bike when I get my full license next year! Best regards from Sydney : )
Literally doing the same thing but in 2021, just did my first day of class today and this is the bike I fell in love with, I went to Harley first and wasn’t happy with any of them but fell in love with this
I'm a cruiser guy, a sports bike guy, and a commuter bike guy, because I get to experience them all. Why limit yourself to just one type? lol. I have to admit though, that these bikes possess a very deep character and timeless styling to them that stands the test of time. You do tend to attract attention without even trying, especially from the boys in blue, not because they want to book you, but because they want to check the bobber out! lol. Probably one of the best ways to make friends with the cops IMO haha.
I'm not *_really_* a motorcycle guy, getting a license for a bike where i live is brutally expensive. But whenever a video about the Triumph bobbers pops up in my recommended i lament my lack of both bike and license haha!
Too many ums, could finish watching, it was irritating! Do you review your videos before putting them out to the public? Learn to curb your crutch words dude, ums and ahs.
Triumph nailed the look of this bike! I own a Harley Davidson sportster that I’ve done up bobber style and I think I’d trade it for this, anyone considering this style of bike I recommend you go to your local dealer and check it out, there even prettier in person!!
A word of caution if you test ride a Rocket. DO NOT twist the throttle wide open all at once. It will mess up your back big time like mine. I am still in pain from a year ago by cracking it wide open at 30 miles per and going up to about 4500 rpm. It was ALL I could do to even hold on and the bars are pulling your arms out of the sockets and yet, the bike wants to move away underneath you. It twists your back so bad you wish you were dead! I had to get off the bike every 5 minutes after that episode. 8 months later, my back is still messed up. It ride it with extreme respect now.
Piece of marketing graduate B/S. In England there's no 'tradition' (sic) of bobbers. Rockers always made sure there was accommodation for a Doris...…. which in effect makes this a homosexualist bike. This thinking is TOTALLY confirmed when you see a bobber with the very very Gay whitewall tyres
My next bike. Without no doubt. Its soooooooo perfect. Only one thing to solve - how to prepare my wife, that new kitchen will be next year, because priorities for me are surely clear 😁😁😁
Hii really liked the video, I have a triump bobber and a harley sportster . On my Harley I have a V&H ShortShots Exhaust which is mind blowing and my Bobber is still running the stock and I am really looking for a lounder Exhaust for that what do you suggest ... V&H or other custom made..??
Hm. 12.000 € + for a motorcycle with zero cornering clearance and a gas tank with a smaller range than any random electric bike. It`s beautiful, yes. If you have a vitrine for 1:1 scale models...
actually girls are attracted to motorbikes, and I never had a fancy big named bike, just a 84 GN250 Suzuki, I liked it cos it had that similar-sh look to a triumph
Good review but this bike is not a cruiser. The Triumph Tbird and Rocket 3 are cruisers. This is just a factory custom urban street bike that shares the same 1200cc motor as the thruxton, t120, and soon to be released scrambler 1200
I just returned from the Triumph dealer. I think I’m in love with this bike man! But I’m very tall myself, the motor is pretty small. I’ll have to do a test ride I think but I’m pretty sure it’ll hurt my back. But it’s so pretty it’s almost worth it
Something you mentioned in your video about the attraction from NON MOTORCYCLE people getting attracted.... WAIT UNTIL YOU RIDE A ROCKET!!!! As you look around at a stop light, everyone is stopped in their tracks because of all the noises a Rocket makes. There's hissing, grinding, whirring, sucking, spitting, and of course the very deep exhaust note. The bike is literally almost terrifying at idle. It sounds like it will explode at any moment! It's almost like a living creature like a real steam train that is fully alive. When you crack the throttle, you travel into another dimension as people just stare... The Rocket 3 Roadster is my favorite for getting attention as people that are NOT bike people just come up and want to know all about it. That's what's cool!!! Making converts....
Rocket3Guy I get that attention also of none bikers on my Rocket roadster. Woman scrambling in there bag to take a phone pic. Guys stopping in street staring. Bit strange when you notice it. Bikers just say too Big. But when you ride it a while you know it's easy to ride. Just looks difficult.
It rides and handles more like a sport bike than a cruiser. It's the intimidation factor that a lot of people have because of its sheer size and sound. I LOVE the bike!
I love just coming to a stop somewhere and letting it idle before you shut it down. People stare at it while it idles to a stop!!! When I start it up, Same deal... the noise of a Rocket is insane....
I’ve got a Thruxton R as a loan bike while my Tiger 1200 is getting serviced. Absolutely love it, amazing engine, nice sporty handling. Brilliant front brake, and it attracts attention everywhere you go from everyone
Almost bought one but I had my daughter with me when I went to go for a test ride and she said it looked like a girls bike with my fat arse on it so I took home a Storm instead. Now that's a nice bike!
Cruiser guy here and I love the look but any long distance would be painful especially with 180 handlebars it really takes a toll on the wrists. Great review and the bike is amazing at what it sets out to do.
Triumph are hands down my favourite manufacturer, they're absolutely smashing it right now. All they need is to revive the Daytona with the engines from the '18 Striple and Speed and they'll tick every box you care to throw at them
Spectre223 they are! There should be a 765 daytona soon
I may need someone to confiscate my credit card when that happens..
Have you ridden the new 765RS? It is so darn good I almost see them skipping the Daytona this time around.

How beautiful and aesthetic a bike might be!
So much nicer than a Harley
Is it nicer than the indian scout bobber though i really dont know what to get for my first bike
I got the vulcan for a first bike
@@captaincj2778 cmx 500s are nice if you are a smaller guy or gal
@@captaincj2778 nope, Indian is sexy looking bike.. Triumph is good but if you wanna compare it’s Indian scout Bobber
@@chumbervic104 For me, it's the other way around. I started wanting an Indian Scout, now I want a Triumph Speedmaster.
Can't wait to own one myself in future, it's such a lovely design 😍
I'm not a cruiser guy and refuse to ride one, but they're secretly my favorite bikes
Baba
Flavored Bleach lol i just wanted to comm the same
BABAAAAAAA !!!!!!!!!!
i knew i wasnt the only one who noticed

Yaga
After reading the comments I thought I'd let everyone know I'm not a cruiser guy
Thank you for sharing this essential bit of information. It really clarifies the RUclips comment landscape for me!! ;-)
Sexiest bike in the last 30 years for me ... Trumpies are awesome. I wanted this bike 2 years ago ... I may end up with a Scrambler.
I think there's a little cruiser in everyone. Sometimes it's nice to get looks on a bike that's kind to you. The Bobber could use some higher bars then it'd be perfect for a lazy day.
it does look better than a Harley, Harley have lost it big time, I ride a Triumph Street Triple, but the Bobber has my attention!
Not a cruiser guy... but I enjoyed this review ;)
you're either not old enough or not fat enough to ride a harley... don't worry your day will come
+
It's not a cruiser!!
i dont think triumph makes any real cruisers
Bad back if riding a long time. However brilliant bike. Looks great.
Greetings from Germany keep the good work up :)
Triumph absolutely nailed the design! I have a Street Scrambler which I adore, but this Bobber is gonna be my next bike. Stunning!
Gentlemen cruiser, riding a cruiser without been branded as an a hole.
What a good looker.
I would buy it not going to lie.
I have never even rode a bike, but I fucking want this
Bloody sounds nice. Just like you, not a cruiser guy, but damn it looks good.
Another great video mate 👍
Good job. District 9, Hardcore Henry.
Smashing, well done, very smart....pip,pip, cherio and Gawd save th' Qwane
Pop over to radelaide tom, we can ride flat out on mine! 🤘🏻
Love the vids boss! Keep up the good work 👍🏻🕺🏼

Have to admit it's not too shabby at all. That exhaust sound is very nice as well, especially when you mentioned it was stock!
That break test was pretty cool
beautiful bike
“Was actually letting me lock it, just a bees dick amount!”
😂🤣😂
The Bobber with the green two tone tank is beautiful. I also like the Harley Low Rider S. Triumph is fantastic because they make every type of bike out there except motocross.
Good ol’ Footscray 👌

what bridge were you under? looks like a great meet/photo spot

I'm getting my motor driving license at this moment. Just for this bike!!! In love from the moment i saw her
Literally doing the same thing but in 2021, just did my first day of class today and this is the bike I fell in love with, I went to Harley first and wasn’t happy with any of them but fell in love with this
Nope, I just get old men looking at my bobber.

I just saw one of these when I was shopping yesterday and boy do they look nice.
Too many ums, could finish watching, it was irritating! Do you review your videos before putting them out to the public? Learn to curb your crutch words dude, ums and ahs.
I like the Bobber, it is a good overall bike. Not my style, I'd rather have a Boneville, but the Bobber is much better than riding a Harley.
Any fucking damn day!
Sweet bike. I love how the seat just hangs
You live in Foot is grey Tom? do u know Franco Cozzo?
I grew up in glorious Sunshine.
Would you say this a reasonable daily commuter?
Franco Cozzo? don't forget Northa Melbourne! :)
"some people think you can buy a motorcycle and you can pick up girls because you have a motorcycle.. it's not freakin true" words of experience I see
If... I would like to change that saddle... Mamamia!
I think triumph is fucked with out rocket 111 looks there's no bikes for big who like real power

Manufacturers that don't put dual discs on the front, why?
Overkill for most and it raises the cost?
Hello :) Where are you? What thats lovely city?

VERY good video.....dude, you sold me on this....not a HD fan but this is a handsome ride & no HD badge. 10/10 on the vid & bike..Andy

This is melbourne, Footscray area right?
Awesome video as always! Greetings from switzerland :D
Not a cruiser fan myself but it does have some appeal to it. Exhaust hits a nice note by the sounds of it.
Hey Tom, been meaning to ask. What the handheld camera you're using on your trips etc?
I use a Sony a6500
$2500... yep, think i need to become more of a youtube star before i can invest that much :P
Just send it mate...

Buhbah is that u???
I don't think I could fit in that position being 186cm tall. Cool bike to watch, though.

BOBBAA!
Way Overpriced though

Hurry though, This is the last year it will be made according to the manufacturer...... I bought a CLASSIC!!!!!

Tom any chance you will review Ducati Cafe Racer & new Husqvarna Vitpilan 701?
Dude that break test was awesome. Never seen anyone do it before. All they do is tell you how the brakes feel.
Good job Tom awsome video and bike. Best vloger on youtube 👍
It was 43c/110f here in Huntington Beach Ca two days ago. I'll trade you.
*#360pSquad*
U schould have given us a minute to enjoy and hear the sound of the bike while riding .-) still a nice review mate.
Great looking bike, I'd love to ride one but the price is a bit too high. I'd much rather buy a Yamaha Bolt.
around what city was this recorded??
I’ve got a Thruxton R as a loan bike while my Tiger 1200 is getting serviced. Absolutely love it, amazing engine, nice sporty handling. Brilliant front brake, and it attracts attention everywhere you go from everyone
Just was this bike in a shop in the US! Just needs an upgraded exhaust and I wouldn’t change anything!
Where is this
This is ok but have ya seen the Royal Enfield Bobber concept? That blows this outta the water
Awesome bike, recently had the pleasure of riding one too! Greetings from another Tom that rides 😎
i think all we non cruiser guys have a even just a little bit of love for bobbers deep inside :)
Where do you live Tom?
Btw it was a fun video
Got a Thumbs up from me:)
Lol fuck yeah the dancing dog
That is awesome Ive got an old Bonnie Ive had 40yrs Had the 1200 Daytona and the 1175 Speed Triple Theyve all been excellent
i dont lik th seat only u sitting ilike if is costomize so my girl seat and travel with me all the way much better
If we weren't going through an economic crisis I would buy this lol
What helmet are you wearing?
This bike is sick
Oh no you cant pronounce bobber as bobba it sounds so puny somehow
Im not a cruiser guy either but good to know when im over the hill i can buy a beautiful Triumph. Good brake test man. 🖒
Really nice, I own the T100 Black, dead impressed with Triumph.
Roads are very beautiful for riding bikes... It will be very enjoyable.
The tank is still that small? I can't travel at all with this bike thanks to this annoying small tank!
Not cool , a bobber is something you build in your shed. not factory built.
Almost bought one but I had my daughter with me when I went to go for a test ride and she said it looked like a girls bike with my fat arse on it so I took home a Storm instead. Now that's a nice bike!
Lets reduce your weight 😁 Two positives of this step: 1) It will be better for your cardiovascular system 2) You can buy this nice bike 😁😁😁
Which city is this?
Looks great! Was looking for a Sportster Forty Eight, but this might change my mind. What would you choose?
Cruiser guy here and I love the look but any long distance would be painful especially with 180 handlebars it really takes a toll on the wrists.
Great review and the bike is amazing at what it sets out to do.
Cool video but your jerky head movement is making me motion sick
