    Here is how you fix it…
    ▶️ use small plates under your heels to increase your ankle mobility
    ▶️ use a weight in front of your body as a counterbalance
    ▶️ incorporate these 2x / week for 5 reps / side
    No, it’s not cheating to use plates! It helps you to actually have access to the full range of motion so your body can adapt to new positions.☝🏼

    If you can't do it with bodyweight, seems like a bad idea to do it loaded.

      It ads a counterweight and prevents you from falling backward. Give it a try. Goblet squats are also easier for people with restricted ankle mobility than air squats.

    What shes saying is the weight acts as a counter balance to help perform the full range of motion for the kossak squat
    But as stated in a few comments before its best not to load a move you cant do properly without weight
    You should work on it to gain the balance needed to do it without weight like she does in the second example
    Try holding onto a pole or something to help you get there and work on doing it without the support before loading it up
    Also think, sit back with hips over the squtting leg not going sideways or folding over the leg

    Always funny seeing a physically gigantic kettlebell that only weighs what the smaller kettlebells weigh. No dig on you. Counterbalance is a great thing for squat mobility problems.
