Even though I don't own a stove like this right now, I learned something new and can help anyone else that has this problem. Like learning new things. Keeping things clean seems like a good idea.

This helped. Clicker kept sounding when stove was plugged in. So we unplugged cleaned that night by morning it was dry & just fine
