Crooked has the best line in a song I ever heard, he says I want to love but I don't have anyone to love anymore, I want to go back home, but I don't have a home to go back, he is doing everything bad to forget the girl at the end he can't... in Untitled 2014 he showed why he is the leader of Big Bang, he came out right at the worst moment of Big Bang, and he did this song when he had another song to be released, from all the views at least 1000 are mine, I love it, my favorite song in all times, full of feelings. He is a writer, producer and a singer, he has been training since he was 5 years old, he once said that YG told him he couldn't go to bed without writing two songs a day, he has been doing that since he was 14, if michi go, crooked, and untitled 2014, cra yon, coup d'é tat

Recommend g-dragon's newest album Kwon Jiyong （his original name）that was released in 2017. Five songs in this album and untitled,2014 is one of them. It is really good especially with the lyrics. King of kpop.

You ain't seen GD's "I'm 13" MV yet. He was 13 years old. There is also a live perf some 15-16 years ago on a tv program as featuring for Perry's Storm album promo. Auto tune? It's in that MV only. Anyway Bigbang always revolutionize their music, they are always first in that category. Next time, react to their live performances with their live band. Re: his clothes in "Crooked" and many more outside his MVs, it's natural for him, GD is the fashion icon of SK. A little research will give you full information. On his rapping and singing skills, writing and producing diverse and quality songs, well as you say, he is amazing. 'Coz he is GDragon. GDragon, the King of KPop, Bigbang - the Kings of KPop.
'Crayon" is not a drug, its a children's drawing and coloring tool. But the song is a play on words. That's why the whole video is super colorful and the set looks like something you would see as part of a children's drawing or the way a primary school/elementary classroom might be decorated. He is literally saying "get your cra'y on" as in the English slang term for crazy "get your crazy on." "Come on boy ... come on girl ... get your cra'y on ..." etc. Its a play on words. It's a song that just means have fun and get hype and remember what it was like to be a kid without any worries or responsibilities. He is saying let's go crazy without any limits -- hence his black credit card which is a card only super rich people are given because it has no limit, etc.

I miss him so much. I've been a VIP for nearly 12 years and saw GD and the others grow up from barely over rookies. GD was my first bias and I'm so proud of him for how far he's come. I'm so glad that he has gained some weight in the military and looks happier lately. I mean, he basically grew up with YG from when he was like 6 and didn't get a childhood as we know it. He's literally spent most of his life being criticized and watched. Despite the pressure, he's done an amazing job and is so strong. VIPs are proud of him and the others.
Some of their music talks about how they get applause for doing stupid/normal things like taking a sh*t; and also how they got everything they wanted and now can't get things that are more important. Like in GD's song "superstar" he's got super cars and all this stuff but just needs someone bc he realizes that he's alone.

GD Writes all of his songs, almost all of BigBang’s songs, some of his members’s solo songs. He has more than 170 songs under his name which make him the first and only idol to do so. He is so versatile if u check Coup d'état, who you and divina commedia or another different song u will release how versatile he is, he can rap and sing and whatever he wants he's a legend
What i like about him is that he's so down to earth even if he's the richer and the most successful idol , for example in korean culture juniors have to bow to seniors, but even if he's a legend he still bow for his juniors which is rare to see, also he's so well respected in korea that everybody call him g dragon "sunbaenim" as respect for his legendary career esp juniors,i remember once RM (bts) in an interview called him g dragon without the "sunbaenim" and korean netzs criticized him so hard for disrespecting him, so yeah he's not just a kpop idol he's like an cultural icon or something
dont know that much G dragon, but do like what ive heard :) the song "crocked" Is roughly about that moment during a heartbreak, were you think just F it all and daydream about going crazy and being bad a**, usually people never act on it, but this song is about acting on it, and while it would be freeing, it can never set you free, its in the lyrics (as i remember), and the video shows it through him going through manic behaviour and falling back into heart ache... my take on it from memory, love that song :) thx for reacting to yet another legend of Kpop breaking boundaries in the industry, and that many 3rd generation Idols view with respect and admiration :)

He is really one of a kind cause he gave his youth & everything to be in industry at the age of 5 that's why koreans knows him well we watched him grow despite all scandals he is still rise up & well respected in Korea...😊
You only scratched a surface here. There are so many layers to GD... He is legendary. I can't recommend just one. You should listen to his collabs with his band mates as well. He composed most of the bands song including some of his pal's. And i recommend that you check you their live performances. Bigbang have spoiled me in live performances, I can't be satisfied with anything but their level of entertainment and delivery.
Untitled made me burst out crying when I first heard it, even though I didn't understand any of the words. I was sort of shocked that I had such a visceral reaction when I wasn't expecting to, but GD sings that song sort of like it hurts to sing it and it gets me every time tbh

just found your bigbang reactions (: you often seem to look for subtitles in their videos, but bigbang only has english subtitles in some of their very newest ones like "FXXK IT" that they released at the same time as "Last Dance" that you reacted to already.
BUT you can find english subtitles with the music videos by just searching for example "bigbang bangbangbang eng sub" and you'll find videos with english subtitles made by fans.

You know what's the most anticipating event now is his comeback from military in 2 months, like everybody waits to see how he changed after 2 years of no pictures no appearance nothing, usually artists who enlist still do military festivals and appear in events but he completely disappeared, at least we know he was eating well and having proper sleep so his mental health will be healthier and he will gain some weight.
Gdragon is one of a kind.no one in kpop industry will ever reach his level.hes just born to be a star,trendsetter and inspired most of famous kpop group nowadays and No one can deny this.

auto tune was a big thing not only in korea back in the days lol it was everywhere , heartbreaker is the song with the one he always open his concerts it was his debut single and i guess it's so special for him , so in live performances it's really a powerful song i really love the live versions a lot

Yes the very first song is This Love, this song was an assignment from when GD was a trainee in YGE. He was supposed write lyrics using the sampling of a popular american song. The melody is the same as Maroon 5's This Love but the lyrics are completely different. YGE got permission from Maroon 5 to use the sample and release this version of it.
Also i would like to add, none of his songs have any drug references. I suggest looking up the lyrics. GD did smoke weed once in 2011 and nothing since.
he said that in a party he was drunk and someone gave him a cigaritte that is actually weed so he really didn't smoke it , even in the tests they did they found very little amount of it so that's why he has trust problems and he always express how lonely he became with no friends

I remember that Untitled 2014 came out at almost the exact same time as T.O.P (Bigbang member & GD's childhood friend) was found unconscious in his apartment due to a drug overdose & was hospitalized (he survived, luckily). It made this song even sadder but so much more beautiful as well, as if he dedicated the song to him.

trivia for you: the song after Heartbreaker was a teaser for Breathe; in the same album as Heartbreaker. You're right Crayon (Cray on) was meant to be crazy. Crooked (in contrast to its upbeat rhythm) is a song of severe emotional roller coaster ride. G-Dragon IS the fashion king of Kpop. Untitled 2014 in contrast to the other songs was a part of his more personal Kwon Jiyong album, showing "the other side" of G-Dragon, how he feels behind the limelight. He wrote all of his songs, and most of his group Bigbang's songs. G-Dragon IS the king of Kpop! BTW, he has a song "One of a Kind" too so you're not wrong there.
