That’s why I installed a quick drain valve on my Q7 oil pan.
I remove the plastic cap from spigot, remove safety clip from tiny handle, attach a hose going straight into the empty DEF jug and open the valve for a quick and spotless oil drain. By the way I love following your experiences and tips with your Q7 and it’s impressive that it went to half a million kilometres.

Very good video as always. Really enjoy watching. I have a 2014 edition with 3.0 Petrol engine. Just did a major service on it. It has 98k on the clock. Let's see if I can hit 250k miles😅

If you got the 3.0 TFSI then I would recommend you to replace the pcv housing since it will eventually break and let the coolant to leak into the engine oil.
By the way I'm working on a new video about all the petrol engine issues in a Q7 so stay tuned.

Flashing suspension amber light ! I had the same issue , the valve block is the only part of the suspension that tells you a problem with air system, so a process of elimination led me to the brass spring valves attached to each strut, very cheap fix , these get blocked with debris and damp and should be replaced every 5 years or so .

Did you just unplug the door lock button connections and just leave the wires otherwise as is?
