This has been my favorite EDM song of all time for quite a while. One of my favorite parts is the toms at 2:14. Such a powerful fill for the drop. I also love the lead at 0:45. Energy is responsible for me learning about NCS, of which I am thankful for. Though so few songs have the intense and epic sound captured within Energy, one of my top favorite songs of all time. Then found this on the channel and was blown away. Honestly went into it saying "I bet he cut it down for the better", but this truly is how it should be, it builds so beautifully to the intro of the short mix and then flows back down the other side of the peak. Prologue and epilogue to the auditory story. Such good stuff my dude!

Now that I am a music producer and mixing engineer myself, coming back to these nostalgic songs allowed me to appreciate them even more!

Maybe your newer songs have overall better production quality, but the level of musical intellect that went into creating this masterpiece is unmatched. When I listen to this song, I feel a different way than when I listen to your others, and that's saying something as I've listened to everything you've made.
