Krushing blows need requirements and conditions to get them, and the result is a bit more damage and sometimes the opportunity to extend the combo, and an X-ray for that MK style and can only be done once per match, the most common one every character has is the Uppercut as you noticed

Funny you mentioned the facial expressions, the reason why so many MK fatality videos were always demonetized or rage restricted was because of the facial animations. They look so real that the bot actually thought someone was in real pain. I think by now they've fixed it, since I don't see many use a different filter to try to combat this. These krushing blows look so much tamer now than when I first saw them, but still Sonya's arm break and Cassie's nut crushers still get me.
Except the part where the largest MK streamer on the planet was able to keep his videos monetized by using a black and white filter whenever a fatality or brutality was executed and coloring the blood green or blue.

You know, I can see how twisting and breaking joints from elbows and knees would make you shake on your seats. They are brutal without a doubt! But the ones that got me are the Nut Crushes and the Skin Tearing from Baraka and Mileena! Those ones are nasty and gnarly! 😰
Believe me I'm loving the krushing blows of each kharacters of MK11 though my favorites were Kitana & Sindel booty punches👌🏿!
