So happy to see you on the Central Texas Gardener Show. I've been watching this program for many years and I've learned almost everything I know about gardening from the experts they highlight from all over Central Texas! And now it's your turn! Congratulations and I love your RUclips channel, too. The Plant Ninja! Your garden looks fantastic! Tough, beautiful plants for our challenging climate.
You have done a phenomenal job with this garden/yard! We have similar desires, i.e. I want less lawn! More birds, butterflies, bees! I love all of the changes you have made, and I am inspired by this video!
I always look forward to the Plant Ninja’s videos, she gives such great advice which is especially useful to me as a new Texas resident. I’m really happy to see her featured on this channel 😊
When Natalie began her Bell County Master Gardener course I was privileged to be her mentor----HA! She taught me more than I could ever begin to teach her! She is a blessing to all who know her! AND, on top of working full time, she still completes all of her commitments of volunteer and education hours, (more! than required) to maintain her certification. And YES! I follow her Plant Ninja RUclips and learn too! 💕
I don’t think I’m allowed to leave a link…the garden store that I bought it at is no longer open. West elm has a very similar (almost exact) option called ‘Salinas’
I am looking for beauty and sustainability. I can’t do growing vegetables in boring rows. And I love flowers. Not a lot of gardening channels that have the exact same mission. I also have chickens and live in The suburbs.
It sounds like you’re living your best garden life! My good friend has chickens in her yard as well and I love to visit her just to watch them roam around her yard. Unfortunately they eat all of her flowers!
Help! I am stuck in Michigan on Main Street with lawn mowing fanatics on each side and a village hall just around the corner with police headquarters sharing the bungalow.🫣😳😬🤷🏽♀️Less is more to me. My lawnmowers disappear 🫥.
Glad to see her as a feature!!
Thank-you💗
“Gardening gives you hope for how things could be.” What a lovely quote!

Jo, your garden and channel has served as so much inspiration for me! Thank-you for being such a supportive garden friend 💗
