Ein lustiges Interview mit Sascha „Käpt’n“ Konietzko und Klaus „En Esch“ Schandelmaier von KMFDM (eigentlich: Kein Mehrheit Für Die Mitleid) während meiner ersten Tage in Hamburg, im Herbst 1988. Schauplatz war die Oberhafen Kantine - legendärer Abhängeplatz, damals...
Toll waren diese Tage und sehr ereignisreich. Dazu noch ein selbstgerechter Clip von „No Meat No Man“. Das Stück wurde ursprünglich in meiner Tele5-Sendung „off beat“ gezeigt.
1991 wanderte KMFDM nach Chicago aus - und wurden zu Weltstars der Industrial-Rock-Szene. Eine wahrhaft legendäre deutsche Bandgeschichte.
Die jüngsten Alben sind ROCKS (Milestones Reloaded) sowie das Live-Album HELL YEAH.

@@chemento0712 he sold the KMFD catalouge behind En Esch's back, with Monte Lipman who signed the papers, En esch did not even have time for vaseline when he found out.

@@chemento0712 During the late 90s Republic Records Monte Lipman purchased the KMFDM catalog (for millions) from Sasha behind En Esch's back, he did not even consider telling Nick aka En Esch., he then moved into a apartment with his boyfriend just around the corner from where En Esch lived in NYC..but Nick-En Esch had a history of doing crap to people as well, the was for one part of a forced eviction scam which was later revealed after a landlord behind the plots died., but by then En Esch helped evict two innocent people from their apartments in New York before dashing to Germany, i think one of his parents had died as well which was his reason to return..he stayed with Till from Ramstien for a while but thats it, he got a beer belly and is now making a cum-back
