It might actually be October, since Sonic X Shadow Generations is coming out on the 25th (22nd for Digital Deluxe) so they might wanna release the trailer around that time to promote thier movie to pepole buying the game. It's perfect, since both games heavily feature Shadow and both thier selling points rely on him.

I haven’t even seen the first two Sonic movies but I’m genuinely interested in seeing what they do with Shadow and the SA2 story. SA2/City Escape was my first ever Sonic experience as a kid and I was obsessed with Sonic games for years afterwards, so I’ve got a special place in my heart for it and I hope they do it justice in the third movie.

They have had plenty of opportunities to release the trailer at this point; at the screenings of IF(another Paramount movie), on June 23rd a.k.a. Sonic Day, and San Diego Comic-Con. Basically if you want my opinion, Paramount's 100% against the Sonic movie 3 trailer being seen even though there's really no reason why it can't be shown to the public, unless the film's suffered an unexpected delay that we don't know about? The very least they could do is provide us an update on the whole situation instead of leaving us in the dark.

At this point. I just gotta hope that the movie is good. And that REALLY isn't a good feeling since the second movie trailer came out a year before release. I don't know why they're being so secretive with these trailers, but these little bits and pieces we're getting isn't making me more excited. I just wanna see at least one single second of footage in the movie. Because it's very clear that the movie is finished, teasers were clearly shown to a select few of people. But the rest of us only got a picture of shadows shoes and a title reveal. Maybe i'm just overreacting. Maybe the movie will probably be the best yet. I'm starting to not care as much anymore. Sonic x shadow generations is looking promising. (At least the shadow part), and the dark beginnings animation looked awesome. Guess i should just hope the movie can wrap the year of shadow in a nice little bow.
