    Great video and framework and examples as always Vicky!! I’m not a manager but I still find it very helpful and hopefully one day I get to use this.
    I would love to see your audio being clearer though, I’m not sure what happened as it looks like you have a good mic, but for some reason the audio still sound very muffled. Thanks!

      I wish I had this earlier on in my career so great timing that you're seeing this :) And yes I realized I didn't set the mic up in the right way... should be better in the next video!

    Another great video Vicky. The matrix charts you have been showing are very helpful to me. That is a way that my mind works well. I did get your point that you were talking about feedback loops here.

    This is really interesting! About “Nathan”: why didnt you fire them? (I think most people would have gone for that solution after the “explain the logic” part didnt work.) Is it because you were giving them a chance to improve? How did you know how long to wait? Did you ask questions when listening or just let them talk? (Feel free to ignore any questions that are too sensitive to answer! Thanks!)
