Back in '97 I picked up my first Hawkman figure and absolutely loved it. So when this one came out I waited all night for the store to open, scraped ice and faced 21 degree cold to get him. 🤣 No regrets! And I don't mind Hawkman being played by a black actor, these characters go through changes (and even exist in multiple universes), the guy did a great job playing Hawkman, and I'm happy with the figure. 👍🏻
Movie was good. Not an Oscar contender, but some mind numbing action.

The Black Adam without the throne came with Lightning effects
I got both of these figures the Black Adam figure was tough to get to sit in the throne. I also have the first Black Adam figure that one sits in the throne well I didn't have problems with that one. Otherwise I mainly collect McFarlane DC figures got over 80 of them.

Mcfarlane got me cause ill definitely end up buying this black Adam too....smh. 3 black Adam's just to get a throne lol. Guess my son will be getting a black Adam for Christmas.

Juts saw the movie. Better than I thought it would be. Really enjoyed it. Makes me appreciate all three versions of the Black Adam figs. They are outstanding in many ways (with the exception of the weight of the cape on the one version. Looks cool but makes posing - even just standing without support - a real pain).
For the Black Adam in this review, not sure what that throne is supposed to be, because it is not the one Black Adam sits on briefly in the latter part of the movie, not in terms of color or what it is supposed to be made of (metal vs stone). And that Hawkman fig doesn't do justice to the actual costume in the movie, including several aspects where colors don't match the movie, such as the fig's mace being silver, where the one in the movie is bright gold or brass colored.

I want to see the movie but haven't yet. Probably just wait for HBO Max at this point. The Hawkman figure is nice. Definitely a cool alternate version of the character. The throne looks really good. I've only seen it in the package. Looks better than I expected. If I like the movie enough I'll probably get a couple of figures at least. I like the cloaked Black Adam best too. Too bad you can't sit him on the throne. That would look really cool.
Just hawkman for 13. Got to return it. One of the wings is loose and doesn't stay in the hole. On tip of that it keeps falling back because of the wings. Very disappointed. Really like the figure

That Hawkman looks pretty nice. I may want to grab one in the future.
Carter Hall has always been Hawkmans name.

@@KylePeterson1980 no you're right! There have been other incarnations of Hawkman in comics. Carter Hall was the first one to use Hawkman as a name
Movie was by the numbers and cliche.
Extremely violent tho I’ll give them that.
Still the best value in toys by far

@@mrdestro7283 I don’t see Hasbro taking anymore anytime soon and have not heard that. Mcfarlane is due I hope he improves the joints with it that would be a smart business move to take the heat off
