Its very possible that the excess oil you had in the exhaust gases previously, has soaked into the muffler glass wool and its now just full of oil. So with enough heat and air flow, you get the white smoke. If possible you could try to repack the muffler with new wool. Good Luck and thank you for the excellent videos!
I had the same problem in my car when I overhaul the engine. The mufller was soaked in oil due the previously engine condition. The solution was using the car until the smoke fades out. Sorry for my poor english, good luck!

before this the motor has been smoking for a long time, so the exhaust system is full of engine oil, so when the engine is started, the engine oil in the exhaust will burn and emit white smoke. try to clean the entire exhaust system so that it is free of oil. you don't need to swap in an all new exhaust system~malaysia boy🇲🇾
Previous case of an extreme white smokes cause a really big residue of oil waste in the exhaust system. So the white smoke is caused not only because the muffler is really deteriorating.. Anyway you still can replace the glasswool inside the muffler. However, that job will cost you a lot of time. But it rewards you a new ability to restore an outdated exhaust

replace with the new glass wool on muffler/silencers pipe and header pipe you can do try to clean with fuel and some broken gravel then burn with gas torch, shake the header pipe for scrape carbon in hole, i hope this tips can help you to fix white smoke problem. sorry for my bad english 😢
i think that muffler are no different cause the size. find a repacking kit. most is special foam and fiber glass. check with 2brohers or similar. maybe will be cheep and still keep the stock unit. Just a idea. I think is caled TBR kit the cbr1000r has oa kit and use the stock part . that unit still have the middle catalytic?

昔から単車が好きで機械いじりにも興味がありました
それがふみっちょさんの動画を見てから自分でもレストアしたいという気持ちに火がついて自分でも始めてみました
先日2年越しに12年間不動だったgsx250sを購入しレストアが終了しました
エンジン以外のフルレストアです
全てふみっちょさんの動画を参考にレストアさせていただきました
終わったあとシートをはめる快感を一生忘れません

ノーマルマフラーは普通、多段反転膨張式を採用していることが多いはず。
リプレースマフラーのような、パンチングパイプの周りにグラスウールを詰めた構造ではないので、
内部の掃除は困難です。昔は、マフラーごと焚火の中に放り込んで、内部のススや溜まったオイルを
燃やしきるといった方法を用いていました。参考になるかどうかわかりませんが・・・
ツーストのチャンバー焼きは定番ですね笑

ZRX1100を売却する際に長期保管されてたと思われるノーマルマフラーをヤフオクで落札して付け替えたら、しばらく白煙吹いてたことがありますね。
元のマフラーでは出なかったし、付け替えたあとに試走でしばらく走らせてたら出なくなりました。

You could try to rebuild the muffler, repack it with fresh noise dampening material and see what is the result? If not, Yoshimura time! 😁
Sometimes lawn mowers smoke even after a rebuild due to oil residue in the muffler

If you open the muffler is there packing material inside you can replace.
Waiting for this video for a long time and a tip why not go for aftermarket muffler like akarphovic ones

Just ride it 100 km. There can be oil inside muffler making the smoke. After cleanup or ride, it can improve.
