- The ASUS ZenScreen Touch MB16AHT is a 15.6-inch portable monitor with a full HD IPS display and a 10-point touch functionality. It allows users to swipe, scroll, drag and pinch gestures to complete tasks more efficiently. It has two USB-C and one mini HDMI ports for connecting with various devices such as PC, laptops or game consoles. It also has an integrated kickstand and a tripod socket for adjusting the viewing angle and posture. The monitor features ASUS Flicker Free and Low Blue Light technologies to reduce eye strain and fatigue.

really never expected such a low quality work from asus, i was a fan of this company but after purchasing a top of the line (top model of asus a15 series of 2020) and burning my 1.2 lacs rs. i ended in tears only
if even after spending 1.2 lacs rs the wifi adaptor doesn't work at all then whats the point of calling your products incredible huh?, you just dont know the amount of embarassment and frustation i face everyday because in this era no pc is useful without an internet connection
i just dont know whether asus is blind or deaf, as i can see forums and communities are filled with the frustrated customers just like me with the exact same issue i am facing , how can you as A world leading company ignore such a critical issues your customers are facing
i will make sure to drag this issue every where i can and gonna involve consumer forum, consumer court,etc every authority which is related to this matter, and also i will make sure to inform every person i can whether by tweeter,fb, insta, youtube , your reputation is 😡🤬😠gone
Dear ASUS India,
I am extremely frustrated and angry about the critical problem with the WiFi adapter in your laptops. I have purchased your product in good faith, expecting that it would function properly, only to be met with constant connectivity issues and drops.
Despite my attempts to troubleshoot the issue, including updating drivers and resetting the adapter, the problem persists. This has caused me a great deal of inconvenience, as I rely on a stable internet connection for work and personal use.
It is unacceptable that such a critical component of your laptop is consistently failing, and yet there seems to be no resolution in sight. Your lack of response to this issue is simply unacceptable.
I demand that you take immediate action to address this problem and provide a permanent solution for your customers. It is unacceptable to sell products that are defective and fail to meet basic expectations.
If this issue is not resolved soon, I will be left with no choice but to pursue legal action against your company for selling faulty products and causing undue hardship and inconvenience to your customers.
