7:07 Lady bicyclist is wearing a Z hat! 🇷🇺😀👍 The quality of the supermarkets is something I will never forget too bro. It's almost like they want their country's people to thrive and be healthy. My first week back in America I was thinking wtf! This is what we eat here?
In Nepal I was eating very high nutrient vegetarian food, was always so full and I was loosing fat without exercise, only 40 mins guaranteed walking, maybe add another 20 mins. In Turkey every meal has meat, I instantly put the weight back on. Aus has too much convenience for unhealthy food. Discount markets are all surgery foods. The country/culture/(lifestyle) you live in has the biggest impacts on your Health.
I think there's also, that eastern europe people are used to eat homemade foods. I lived in Australia for 1 year (WH Visa) and people are just not cooking in home at all. They are almost always going out to eat for almost all of their meals. For example, let's take Fish and Chips, what is Australian National food, - but also, you have to consider it as junk food (calories). It was always bretty hard to find healthy foods in grocery stores back then (2012 in Australia).
Europeans walk more than Americans because many things are in a very close proximity in Europe and also, the access to organic, natural food is easier than in the States. The food is cheaper and is of better quality. Portions are smaller in Europe, there are no free refills, there is a less sugar, not as many artificial ingredients and preservatives in everything, especially sodas and people are into healthy lifestyle, exercising and balanced diet. Also, many people prefer to cook than to eat out so they can choose to cook healthy meals for themselves. In Poland nobody would say that you are overweight or obese except of your doctor because we are more like Americans in that aspect.
Friend once was telling a story when she went in London at her friend from school. And a friend told that she cooks every day; Cordon bleu from a plastic bag, french fries from a plastic bag, etc. Stay health and all the best
I actually don’t notice that much size difference for people in general, of course there are some outliers who are heaping bags of lard but in general I think people are only a little thinner here in Belarus.
Absolutely! The big thing that attracted me to visiting Kiev in 1999 (where I found my first wife) was the beauty and fitness of the women. But I must worn you, when you bring a Russian girl back to the US and she doesn't increase her physical fitness activity, she'll gain weight. Maybe it has something to do with the Transfats that are used in US fast food chains.
There's one stark contrast between the two countries that you have overlooked: The entire way the USA is structured actively discourages physical activity. ruclips.net/video/KPUlgSRn6e0/видео.html
I don't totally agree. Americans are fat because they are lazy.. There are individuals that drive to get their mail when they could have walked it in 30 seconds.. Another point, Americans eat out a lot.. Also, because they are lazy.. It is easy to stop at a fast food restaurant and pick up some junk food and of course, a huge plastic cup full of sugary drink.. It's just the way they are here.. I know people that retire to Florida because of the warm weather and then proceed to sit in an air conditioned house their remaining years.. There are many here that never even open the house windows the entire year, the heating season goes right into the cooling season.. It's a dreadful, sterile society..
2:32 🤣 LOL dude I can still see her frowny face. Scary lady 🤣
Life is real there. They speak the truth. To hell with feelings... Truth! Truth!

I'd say walkable urban areas are key.

@jeffbreezee Sorry I'm not meaning to pry I'm just curious, as to why you got a second wife?
@@ThiefKingofLegend I like being married!
@@jeffbreezee I should of been a little bit more nuanced, what was the result of your first marriage?
@@ThiefKingofLegend One divorce and one child. Do you think I'm the only man that has ever experienced this?
