I am so happy that I found yooooouuuuu!!! I am 64 and very active, but I know I need to step up and practice an exercise program that is more formal. You are so sweet and kind-I know that you would never put someone down. Thank you!
Your senior workouts are EXCELLENT! Great sequencing, clear instructions and safe movements. As a fairly new senior fitness specialist (NASM 😃) group instructor, I’ve had to change my workouts to properly adapt to the needs of an “aged” body. Teaching to 20-50 year olds as I’m use to, I taught much more strenuous moves, as you know the younger body can cope with the challenges. It has been 1.5 years for me teaching seniors now. I finally tweaked over time to take it down a few notches and still provide a challenging sequence. Being 62 myself, my fitness is still pretty good, but my average age client is 80! They cannot do what I can do I did have to retrain myself first! I love your style and I’ve used your routines to much success! Thank you so very much!
Hello, I am in Kingston Jamaica for a few days, and I certainly enjoy your videos. For a while I got lazy and stopped but now I'm back on track with your exercises. I particularly enjoy them because whether I'm in Kingston or Florida I can follow your exercises on line, especially because I'm a senior it is a bit scary to go walking on the public road. Thank you so much for the exercises because I'm able to keep fairly fit especially because I'm not on any prescription . To God be the glory. Blessings.

these exercises have been wonderful for people who have lower back or knee issues you can do to tolerance either standing or sitting they have really improved my strength and my balance and I'm so glad that I found these

I needed to start to develop strength and this was what I was looking for. I did not realize I was so...muscleless - (not even sure if that is a word) This workout was a workout. Hi. I just jumped over from another one of your sites. This one is harder than the other as we don’t see your feet. First of all, you blend into the background and secondly the camera keeps jumping in and out of full or half body shots. The ones by the pool are easier to follow. ❤️🇨🇦
