- I wanted to try a different method with this glass so I used paint to give a fuller look to the glass. Also I just got hip to a non toxic glue to apply the rhinestones.
For this video I used: Hot Pink ab rhinestones 4mm, Liquid Fusion glue, 🍷 wine glass or champagne 🍾 glass , pick up tool , oracle vinyl (optional) & transfer tape.

Folk art paint has a sealer in it. You can either cook it in the oven for 30 minutes at 350 (put the glass in the oven while it is cold, then set the temp for 350 deduct the time your oven needs to preheat and cook for thirty minutes. Do not open the door or take the glass out until the oven cools to prevent your glass from breaking. It is now washable and the paint will not wash off. You can also let the paint cure on its own buy Leting it set for three weeks.

exactly I was thinking the same thing no sealing that paint is going to come off in the first wash. so more less wasted step even though at the moment it looked good. But glass is a nice out come. 👍

You can use paint that's specifically for glass or multi-surface paint. Paint the glass let it air dry for an hour. Place in a cool oven, heat to 350⁰ and bake for 30 minutes. Cool in the oven then remove.

Love the cup...I see a lot of comments about the paint another option is coloring the section in with permanent marker. I've used it plenty of times and it works just as good

That is so beautiful. I have the glue bottles but I have the glue in my basket. I seen that's what you put in it on another video you have. I brought the bottles thinking you fill it up with E6000. LMBO but im learning now. I've learned so much from you in 2 day. TFS

I just ordered the liquid fusion because it is less toxic. Thank you for the review. I wonder if you can use an acrylic paint sealer over the paint to see if it prevents chipping. I also loved those pink stones 🤩
You're welcome. Yes it's so much better than having to smell that strong chemical spell E6000 has. Paint sealer is a good idea. I'll try that out.

If you only bling certain parts of your wine glasses. The part that doesn't have the rhinestones and just glass how do you clean/shine it once your done blinging them?
Once it dries enough I carefully wash the top part & dry it off with a paper towel.

Hi, I'm thinking you could find something like that on Etsy (Pre-cut vinyl) or paint the name on the glass.
I like liquid fusion as well...but I found 1 Dot Not a lot from Dancing Disc and it is the truth!! But, how long did you let the paint dry?
I'm going to look that up & try it out. I let it dry 30 minutes-hour in front of a lil fan

Yes it stays on. You just have to let the glue completely dry before washing.

Amanda is from Dafont.com that's where I download fonts for free.

When I attempt to do this, I see smudge marks on my faceted beads. Any reason why?
Smudge from glue or the wax pick up tool? Possibly use a pinch less glue. When complete & dry wipe off with alcohol pad. That will help bring the shine back.

Apple Barrel craft paint from Wal-Mart small bottle is .55 cent

I used this one and All the Rhinestones came off of my Cups.. I was soooo mad. Ur glass is beautiful but be careful because they WILL fall off.. And the cup mine came off of hasnt even been washed yet..
These haven't came off. Maybe you should adjust your methods & try a different glue or something. 🤔
