Full hop > after burner kick > double jump cancelled witch twist, though at this point peach DI'd upwards so the last hitbox did not connect. When the last hitbox does not connect, it's informally called a "witch strike" and it allows the opponent to get launched way higher. After that it was > double jump cancelled witch twist > f-air
