Pilot Robert and captain blaz I salute you both for keeping the memories of your dear friend alive. I am sure he is looking down on you both with a smile because of the warmth in your hearts and the love of flying his planes.
Yep, that's how I learned how to fly. A big old school 80's glider on a 3 channel radio with an OS .20. glow engine. That feeling of excitement the first time you get airborne you never forget......"Salute"
I am 61 years old now in 2024, when I was in 5th or 6th grade back in 1972 or 73 we had 2 brothers from Yugoslavia as exchange students or political asylum or something I don't remember. But we started to pick on them and make fun like kids do... we'll let me tell you it didn't go well for us because these brothers were as tough as old leather and built like fire hydrants. after a couple of scrapes we all made friends and they became the stars of our soccer team. I love listening to your accents because it brings back memories of my school days and seeing 2 brother's enjoying this hobby together is the best. Thank you Men for every post you make and I know there are dozens and dozens of planes in you hangers waiting to be showcased.
Another dose of Captain Blaz!! I love it! What a beautiful vintage glider! Thank you both for going old school and showing all of us how much fun this hobby is!!!
Captain Robert is correct. We need to see more flying action from you, Captain Blaz. What a beautiful way to remember a dear friend. Keep up the fantastic work guys. I'm one of your biggest fans, Captain Rob from Australia 😊
Captain Blaz flying dust-off! Out-of -the-box is all very well but you cannot beat a beautiful traditionally built model. The type of plane I would see grown-ups flying when I was just a little ankle-biter dreaming of owning one myself. I wish I was there to smell it with you 😂
@ Thank you so much. If you ever see a full-sized helicopter coming to land there in your field, you will know that it is me and that my Euromillions numbers have come up 🫡.
This is SOMETHING hey! Nostalgia galore. Nitro fuel smell on Sunday morning... it smells like Victory! Much respect to the Petrincic Bros, flying the beautiful and sexy Dr. DUH to preserve the memory of Captain Darko! I am certain Captain Darko was smiling from above hey.
Extra big salute to the memory of Capt Darko, he surely lives on in this superb vintage hybrid plane. OS LA engines are so famous for their reliability and performance, a fitting motor for this old school powered glider. You can almost smell the nitromethane just watching! It's wonderful that you honour your friend in this way. Even though it's getting a bit colder now, our hearts will still be warm! Big salute as ever from London. 🌟👍
Loved ones will never die as long as they are remembered and to have the flight of that beautiful bird like that classic will live forever keep up the extraordinary context live you guys
I love the old school planes and the sound of their glow engines. Good job, Captain Blaz to remember your friend. I hope we see more of Blaz flying at the runway.
Awesome flight Capt Blaz, I also love the old OS engines I have a few of them. I too have great memories of my mentor who taught me how to fly RC planes in the early 80's, he was an old cuban air force pilot who flew on a P-38 Lightning. I always watch you guys great RC channel 😁👍
Great job Brothers . Nice work Capt blaz . 3 planes into one . That's Recycling . Haha . Love the little wheels on the wing tips . Flys pretty good . Thanks for keeping these old birds alive . SALUTE 🫡🇨🇦
Great flight, Those little engines run and run my friend I have them and can fly for half an hour on one tank My Guppy only has a 40 inch wing span but it is fast on a 15 IC engine. I salute you my friend.
"Every time you fly his plane, he is here with us on the runway" True Words!!!! My Uncle Wayne, my Cousin Bill, my good friends Al and Darryl...all have gone on ahead...but all are with me when I crank up their model airplanes. "As long as you fly his planes and we remember him, he will be alive."👍👍👍 Thank you for another great video!
Really nice plane and that suspension really works. I bought my first OS engine 1992 in Germany, but because they had much better price than Sweden. Maybe Darco was in the same store few years earlier to smuggle some engines to the east side.
my first RC Plane was also motor 25 but Tundra Tiger year was 1983. O.S Max is the best 2 stroke glow motor. beautiful old plane you have memories from years ago.👍👍👍👍👍
Look at Dis. OH YEAHHHHHH 👍. Great flying Capt Blaz. Pilot Robert you done good keeping up😅. Capt Blaz awesome devotion to your late friend. Sharing your memories with us another reason we love this channel. This Old Man from Washington NC always enjoying your videos ❤️. Do love me some Brothers and Alina ✈️🧔💝💝💝
Hi Blaž, if i remember correctly i sent you this reciever ( two i think) along with the HK b17. This is v2 v8 frysky feciever, you need to check the transmitter if it is compatible with v2 recievers or only v1. Cheers Petričič bros.
Old school rubber bands to hold the wing on! Ahhh the memories! Really cool plane! Blaz, you are the YT king of nitro! Everyone else is foam and electric. Not you! Thanks for the video, bruddas!😎👍
Thank you so much for your videos. We share the passion of RC yes but the real pleasure is seeing your passion for friends and family. What a great tribute flight. As always your videos bring a smile to my face. I am still waiting on my Norden I will let you know whether It also Will maiden crash it😂.
a) Turn your transmitter on and switch it to PPM mode, power off the TX. b) Turn the transmitter on while holding the programming button. Release it a few seconds later. The RED LED on the transmitter module will flash, indicating the transmitter is ready to bind the receivers. c) Connect the battery to the receiver while holding the receiver’s button. The LED on the receiver will flash, indicating the binding process is completed. Turn off the receiver and transmitter. d) Turn on the transmitter. Connect the battery to the receiver when ORANGE LED on TX is on. The LED on the receiver will indicate the receiver is receiving commands from the transmitter. In a few seconds, system is ready to work (communication is established). After above steps are completed, both the transmitter and the receiver are ready to be used. Binding is required only to set up a new link (like new or additional receiver or transmitter module). Otherwise, just go to step d. To control multi-receivers, every receiver should be programmed with the transmitter in binding state (step b). After all receivers are binded, turn off the transmitter.
@ I have been a long time sub from America. You 2 guys are the best in the game. As far as making content . Great flying too but for what yall put out it’s very very good 👍

Pilot Robert and captain blaz I salute you both for keeping the memories of your dear friend alive. I am sure he is looking down on you both with a smile because of the warmth in your hearts and the love of flying his planes.

My first plane had an OS 15. Hearing the engine on the video brought back many great memories. Thanks so much, my friends!
This flight was our pleasure.
My first plane was a Goldberg Eaglet with an OS .25FP. I have a P38 with two OS .15LA’s and they run great. Cant’ beat the OS quality.
OS is awesome.
Glad to see You fly. Very cool design. Dr. Sounded like a Great Man to have gotten to know. Our loss of the loss of Your Friend. Happy flying.

I really can still see him on the runway preparing planes for flight.
Such a simple plane, and such a beautiful flyer. I love the single wheel landing gear.
My respect to fellow modeler RIP.
Having said that the wheels at the end of the wings makes it a sexy glow powered glider.
Yes this plane is perfect!!!!
