This deck is so good out the box I’ve had it for months before I made the upgrades I already made from my own thoughts but gain a have to put a few of these in for sure!
You said at one point in the video that the commander will be drawing you a ton of cards each turn. That is true potentially, but you will only "draw" lands with the explore triggers and you can draw one card with his own attack trigger. I have misread the explore mechanic at first, too. The non-land cards either go back on top of the library or in your graveyard.
True, it's also notable that the explore mechanic doesn't actually have you "draw a card" you just put it in your hand. The deck as a whole will draw you a ton of cards though.
I can't understand WOTCs fascination with Temple of the False God. That freakin card appears in all the precons and curses its way into your first hand no matter what you do. It's just horrific.
It is good out of the box I've already played it. But the upgrade is also very good. well done! Can't wait for the $300 upgrade video!
I’d like to see y’all do an unlimited budget series with the face commanders of each Precon. See how far they can be pushed.
