I agree with you Yvonne totally he looked so healthy and radiant in his shows he will never be forgotten I still watch his shows and It is sad to when I realise he is no longer with us but he will be in our hearts always

My husband and I recently finished watching every season of Little House on the Prairie. We are now 2 episodes away from finishing Highway to Heaven. I will be sad when we finish it. I really have enjoying Michael Landon, and Victor French on both series. They both died of cancer about 2 years apart. Victor being about 2 years older than Michael, so it ended up they were almost exactly the same age when passing. Both were 54,.just a couple of months shy of 55, so young. I hope they both made it to heaven. Michael's shows always seemed to have good moral messages. Only God knows where these 2 men are now.
Little House On the Prairie depicts a very hard life. The Ingalls never have money, they often barely make ends meet. The settlers of Walnut Grove toil in the fields and when their crops fails, Charles is often away finding whatever work he can. It's often dangerous, such as using dynamite to clear a mine. As much as I love the show, I would never want that kind of life for myself. Michael Landon probably never worked that hard, even one day of his life. He lived in luxury and so did his children. Little House is really about the strength and unity of family life. It's dealing with heartache and facing adversity. There's always a lesson in human kindness and relationships between people. It's a show we can learn from because his message is very clear. He often uses religion as a comfort zone. The show will go on. I often wonder if he could have lived the kind of life he portrayed.
This is simply a beautiful and absolutely deserved tribute to the best ever: MICHAEL LANDON. OUR ANGEL. OUR MICHAEL. But there is only a mistake. You have forgotten the widow of Michael is CINDY LANDON not was Lynn. She hadn't to be there since she said when Michael died that she doesn't care because he was already dead to her. Just saying.

I love Michael Landon. I watch hrs of little house or highway to heaven. What an inspiration he was.
