you are gonna get a lot of theorycrafting videos and content if you play Genshin Impact
Genshin by now have 300h solo campaign (main+extra characters missions). First realm was so-so, but every new update was better and story converging into more and more complex lore. Summeru have crazy story, and fountain history is amazing.
I'd recommend trying out Wuthering Waves as well. The story and voice acting is rough in the first arc, but by the second part, it's top notch. I'm currently swapping between it, Honkai Star Rail, and Genshin as the games get updates. I think WuWa has some of the best gameplay.

Genshin is fun? But star rail is too.
Star Rail turn based is not fun. FF10 (game from over 20 years ago) has more complexity than HSR.
