We are working on a new series with ModFind where I appraise the car collections of RUclipsrs and Influencers alongside John Ficarra and John Temerian. Whose cars should we appraise?
Why would you go a meet RUclipsrs and influences? To review cars that I'm sure they have all over their channels... find regular car people to interview. Go to shows, cars and coffe etc, find people that actually built their own cars not bought or paid for the build. Why would you just regurgitate other people content onto your channel. I'm so tired of seeing the same cars on 25 different channels...
A Lady Pamela story on Good Friday. I'm glad she's able to tell Brocks stories and I imagine that for every one that she tells us there are three she can't tell us. That screen shot of Brock doing commentary for NASCAR on Speedvision really took me back.
I love the stories from Lady Pamela because she's not a "Car Guy." She has true stories of the real people as they happened, not blown up boasts. Well done my Lady!
Never knew there was a Brock Yates / Don Aronow connection. For those interested about Aronow, read the books Speed Kills and Blue Thunder. The 80's were crazy times in Miami.
Aronow is a legend in Florida Powerboat racing. Without Don, there would have never been a Miami Vice. Only bad guys ran in those circles though. It was always going to end that way.
Yeah Don was a charmer. Bush had a 28 C/C built. Thunder Row was an exciting place...now long lost to real estate development...once the mecca of performance boating. " The Magic City "
Exactly, seems a little convenient putting his murder down to a secret affair and an Arabian price, given his long running involvement with mobsters and drug runners.
Not true, the boats used by Don Johnson were supplied by a RE developer named Tom Gentry. Mr. Gentry and Don Johnson were close friends. Tom Gentry's boats were legendary the Eagle was the most powerful, advanced and expensive boat of the 80's, Mr. Gentry paid nearly $7 million to have it built in the mid 80's.
I had NO idea Brock did anything with boats, writing, driving them or other things...thanks to Lady Pamela for sharing once again!! Fun fact, I started my Car & Driver subscription in 1986...and I don't ever remember Brock talking about boats in this many columns.
My understanding is that Don sold fast boats to drug runners, then sold faster boats to law enforcement. The drug runners were not happy and had him killed.
I guess the moral of the story is the Prince really was a 'Dog Guy'?!!? LoL.....geez this woman is good!! Don Aronow on the other hand lived during a time and in a place. Building boats that served many different people many different purposes. That were not always for good. If you were around during that period, it's not hard to guess wich side of the marina the shot originated.
people are all the same. money don't make a person. money makes someone feel better . but we all do the same things every day.Money isn't everything , people are. beyond that it's smiles.Rich or poor a smile and a story lives on. Money doesn't live on like a story...
Aronow was notorious for sleeping with other men's wives and was involved in high level drug smuggling. There's an old documentary about him and like 5 people say they were sure it was a jealous husband that killed him when they first heard about him being killed. mess around with dangerous people long enough and it doesnt end well
We always love Lady Pamela's stories. Such an honor to have her in the studio. Have a great weekend.
Same to you! Lady Pamela is such a treasure trove of great stories that are meant to be shared!
I really hope Lady Pamela has been invited to ride in the wrench every day ambulance. On a trip from New York to LA would do nicely.
Much thanks for sharing these wonderful tales Miss Pamela 👈😎👍👍👍
im so glad to hear Pamela's and im even gladder that her stories have been saved, saved to the history books.

Brock Yates was a Marvelous Writer; We were Privileged to have Him share His Life with Us!!!
I love the stories from Lady Pamela because she's not a "Car Guy." She has true stories of the real people as they happened, not blown up boasts. Well done my Lady!

I’d never thought I’d see the day you guys cover my second favorite hobby. Offshore racing/powerboats

@@redneck4528 boats were supplied by Chris Craft in season one, then Wellcraft for the rest of the series.
Another good story Pam. Thanks.
She has such a pleasant way of tell such colorful stories
MORE Pamela Stories!!!
Great stories! Always looked forward to Brock's articles in C&D back in the 80's in high school!!
What a well spoken fantastic story teller, the memories she has… I only hope I can remember my life’s adventures as well as she does!
She probably has enough pics to remember the visuals
I had NO idea Brock did anything with boats, writing, driving them or other things...thanks to Lady Pamela for sharing once again!! Fun fact, I started my Car & Driver subscription in 1986...and I don't ever remember Brock talking about boats in this many columns.
We are blessed to have Lady Pamela. A national treasure.
I love Pam Yates stories! What a fantastic crowd Pam and Brock ran with.
The more I learn about Brock Yates the more of an inspiration and role model he has become for me in my life!
Love you Pamela! Thank you VINWiki!
Cigarette has always has a soft spot in my heart. If I had to choose between a Lamborghini or a cigarette I’d choose the boat any day!
More lady Pamela stories please!
I watched the movie Speed Kills and then found out it was based off Don Aronow. Was a cool film, recommend it
Lady Pamela, one of those guests where you hit the like button as soon as the page has loaded because it's a guaranteed winner anyway!

Hey, I had a dog named Prince too! The life this lady has lived!
Love this my favorite story
At first I thought she said that he had an intense dingle. Had to rewind and listen again.
JP- PERFORMANCE and VIN WIKI.. make the collaboration happening please.
Lady Pam is such a saint!
I once had a dog named prince 🤣🤣🤣
I was hanging out with Brock Yates … pretty cool guy
Nice Gem! 👍 👍 👍
Once again thank you Pamela and vin wiki. Keep it up.
Brock Yates’ life could make a really good TV show.
My understanding is that Don sold fast boats to drug runners, then sold faster boats to law enforcement. The drug runners were not happy and had him killed.
Don had a lot of enemies, mostly pissed off/jealous husbands/boyfriend's and business associates.
I had a black lab named fritz as a kid
I want what she's on. That story made no sense lol. Just random rambling with a bunch of unconnected events and people
It made sense, you just need to pay attention for more than a few seconds
I love this channel
Lady Pam. We love you! My mom's name was Pam too.
Her life.... could be a million movies
Not for Hollywoke. It would be butchered beyond belief.
I guess the moral of the story is the Prince really was a 'Dog Guy'?!!? LoL.....geez this woman is good!!

... and Mickey Thompson too... These murders are horrible.
Brock was OG Most Interesting Man in the World
Thunderman movie was a documentary about don arrownow
Did the SunSentinel really fuck up that bad?
Lady Pamela is a G.D. national treasure!
Gangster Disciple?😂
So what was her story?
Based on the title, I was half expecting a Vinwiki collab with Shaggy Rogers and Scooby-Doo.

I wonder how the Micky Monday (cocaine cowboys guy) played out in the story
I approve of this story 👌
When you realize this entire channel is about shaming poor people… Thanks Ed
Benihana, beni fkkking hana!!!!!

She made no sense
Don built 3 boats for George Bush.
Best
Got to see George Bush's boat. At the George Bush Presidential Library at Texas A&M.
She's a horrible storyteller! Sad interview .......
Benihana.....benifu#$n hana!!!!!
Drug money
Could this woman be any worse at story telling! Yowza!
Rich white folks have a lot of stories
Old people have stories let me tell you, some wild shit.
He was killed
Not an assassination
Rich people always like to make it more then is
Not so simple in this case I unfortunately. He was murdered
