There are probably just a handful of people on this earth who could pull off a cover of this, and I am humbled and amazed at this rendition! Being able to command both the vocal and 12-string at the same time, to the degree of perfection that this was done is truly amazing. And, as many others probably did, I waited to see if he was going to 'do the octave' thing near the end with "Dream on..." and he nailed it. Unbelievable!! So for the 1649 Thumbs down folks, I offer up a prayer in your behalf to ask what is it in your life that you can object in any way to this mastery of ability? I feel sorry for all of you. I've played acoustic now for 52 years and couldn't come close to either the voice or guitar aspects as presented here. My hat is off and over my heart.

But you guys are just....I don't know how to say it......your just really good people. We met you at the meet & greet following the show. We were the couple decades older than anyone else at the show. But I simply love good music, and that's what you produce....consistently. Younguys were so attentive to my being in the wheelchair, but wanting my picture standing up (I hate seeing pics of me in the chair). Anyone associated with the tour that we came in contact with were incredibly polite, friendly, and careing. I am horrible with names, I'm sorry, but you Sound Engineer (who does a fantastic job) was just amazing, and a heartfelt thank you to him. So, thank you for the special night. Some background.....you guys, and your music, became very special to me when I was recovering from my spinal cord injury. I lost most movement in my arms and legs....and especially lost my abilty to play guitan anymore....and I've played since 1967. To be honest, I gave my guitars to my son...except for a cheap acoustic. I would try every so often, but it was pointless. Then one night, a fried ne aboutJoe Bonamassa. After watching, I was amazed, and got a new ferver to keep pushing. Every day....throughout thenday, I pushed. I had to tape the pick to my hand, and physiically place my fingers first any chord I was trying. After weeks and weeks, I could slowly play chords. After months of that, I could start playing songs.....and that's when I found you guys. You gave me so much inspiration. So many songs that I never tthought could have been made to acoustic. Because of you guys, my Ohio State room became a recording studio...(well...a poor man's studio ;-) but stilll, very therapudic....and something to help with the depression of my disability. It gave me a purpose. I could never put to words just how much you guys have impacted me. To meet you and have you be the kind hearted, respectful young me you showed yourselves to be was so satisfying. Thanknyou for giving an old guy such a special memory....and the very best God Bless One last comment about the croud. Very impressive. So many nice and friendly people. It all depends on what's the classification of your voice. I am a tenor so I don't have trouble singing those notes... Of course you would need to learn proper singing technique but if I can do it, I'm sure you can too.

It all depends on what's the classification of your voice. I am a tenor so I don't have trouble singing those notes... Of course you would need to learn proper singing technique but if I can do it, I'm sure you can too.

This cover is fantastic all by itself and even though I'm not an Aerosmith fan, it definitely shows why Dream On is one of the greatest songs of all time

He doesn't sing exactly like the artist, but he nails the nuances and inflections of the originals. A lot of covers fail to do that
