I did the math and reasch on how she lived so here you are.
Nel was shot in the head but recovered a few "seconds" later which means her body healed the skin as soon as the bullet passed the cranium when the bullet passed and impossibly healed the cerebellum which controls talking and walking and the cerebellum is also connected to the brain stem and the brain stem connects the brain with the spinal cord. I really like how creative you are with your characters especially in singing battles you only use them once so you make the most of them.
