Such a great tutorial! Beautifully filmed and edited! Keep it up🏆
Thank you! Hope you had fun playing cleopatra!!
Fantastic tutorial, love your structural approach to explaining the rules and quickly recapping them time to time.
Very helpful, clear and easy to understand. Thanks for the video! I am waiting for my copy and am eager to play!
Own the game looked in the box & didn’t get it out until now your video helped me figure it all out... Enjoyed that & am looking forward to playing it soon :)
That's AWESOME Lori! I'm so glad that the tutorial encouraged you to play! thank you so much
how come I never knew your channel before, your video is amazing, and thank you for this, it is really helpful
Thank you so much friend! Happy you found the channel and I’m so glad to have you here!!!
Thanks for this summary. I've played the original version but Im new to this edition
I really enjoyed this video. I'm psyched to play the game now! I have a friend who backed this, but we haven't been able to together for gaming in quite a while...
Thank you so much! ah hopefully conditions will be better this year for you all to get together and play this one~it has quite the table presence!
Dang. 😎 I wish I had backed this now... gorgeous and it’s nice because the aesthetics actually have a function :)
ah i wonder if they'll have other options in the future for retail or something! it's super cool!
Just bought this from Gameology in Australia
thanks so much i was getting confused with the rule book but this made it make sense. the only problem i'm having is fitting the sides onto the palace. it seems like they planned them to lock in somehow but they are very unstable for me unless i'm doing something wrong
Great tutorial. Your editing and filming quality in general is probably the best of all boardgame channels, and I'm subscribed to a lot.
Seeing this game(video) makes me want to buy all the games with flashy components😊
I wonder if you've thought of doing a top10 games with flashy components or something like it?
So glad you enjoyed the tutorial Origen! I'm definitely revisiting this game in the near future~
I did do a top ten for this year linked here! ruclips.net/video/jQJmyRFzQyc/видео.html
@@TimChuon Sahweet! Gonna watch it now. Thank you!
Amazing amazing amazing, excellent "how to play" video, I understood everything clearly and feel like I don't need to open the rulebook ( which I will open because I like to read it anyway lol).
Thanks so so much!
A Like and Subscription is in order!
Either I missed it or it was glossed over but as far as building the sanctuary, is it a score points and place statue? Or is it place a statue instead of getting the points? Or is it get the basic 5 points, place the statue and not get the bonuses from the palms?
Ah great question! When you build a complete sanctuary, you have a chance to place a statue to claim that sanctuary; at the end of the game, you’ll score points IF you claimed it with your statue. The statue simply allows you to claim the sanctuary (it’s not a substitution)-think of it like a territory marker! The empty spaces in the sanctuary are individual tiles you can use to get rid of your amulets of corruption. The mosaics themselves (plus bonus palm trees) are what you would score-hope that helps!
You should do a top 10 of your favorite game ever
ah i'm excited you brought that up! I was working on one last year but only for 5....i think i'll do a really big video on it towards the end of this year to get more games in! "a cinematic top 10 board game list" and make in the style of a short film!
@@TimChuon Very ambitious! ...as usual.
@@threhane3492 hahah let's see if it pans out! It'd definitely be a really fun one to make!
Ha! I have a hieroglyph library😸 I REALLY want a mummified Egyptian animal. Particularly a cat
