What you guys are doing is the dream of millions. Huck Finn would be jealous. I can't wait for the next installment. BTW, it was 103° in Banning, (on the way to Palm Springs), today. You aren't missing any of the SOCal weather. Be safe and have fun. What a great adventure! Thanks for sharing it with us!
I had a ‘79 Fiberform just like this, all original. It was a fun boat. But as you experienced it’s so tall and catches so much wind that docking or getting into a slip in a cross wind was a nightmare at first! My father-in-law gave me some good advice: “A little throttle can get you into trouble, a little more can get you out.” What I found out over time, which you probably did as well, is that you really have to manhandle these high profile boats anytime the wind picks up.
I plan on doing that someday with my dad on his boat... and someday It'd be nice to get a Fiberform like that, It's only a 24 foot yacht, easy to handle.
Christopher Jones Not fly bridge models under 30'. They went out of production due to their instability (just like old suv's are unstable) and have been replaced with the sundeck style. You should be able to rent those though
Tristan McCauleyuyhjhygf vhj yeah. It's a Fiberform which is an ocean rated boat. The biggest waves we encountered were nothing. Biggest threat was debris and running aground.

This was our first time filming and producing anything like this, and we sure learned a lot about what to do for "next time"

Why you guys not tight and just towing dinghy at the back?
there were differences of opinion in the added drag and change in fuel consumption. this was a big learning experience for all of us!
5 big gayguys all in one little cabin cruiser? Maybe they can get Tom Cruise to be in their series.

That boat could handle way worse, looks like it would be a good sea boat.

$30, and there are no showers and they don't give you a gate key ? !!
Why don't use use the helm inside the cabin instead of the helm on top
