    Great review! How do you like it 2 years later? Have you had to change the tires?

    • @RoadTripTravel
      @RoadTripTravel  5 месяцев назад +1

      Thank you so much. Still like them, but I got a newer, more powerful model, the Inokim OXO. The dual motors really makes easy work of hills. No, I have not changed the tires yet. The downside to the OXO is that they weight more than double that of the Quick 4, so a bit tough getting into the back of a truck or trailer. Thanks so much for watching, and, for your questions. Let me know if I can answer anything else. Cheers, Mike

      Thank you for your reply. I looked at the OXO but definitely too heavy for me.

    Really helpful video. We don't have an RV, but have been considering getting a couple of scooters, these Quick 4 units look perfect for what we need. I could see how helpful they would be for RV'ers.

    This is another great video!
    I was thinking about how I was going to get around once the RV is parked up in the stop overs on my road trip. This could be the answer.
    Have you made or could you make, a similar review of electric bicycles? Maybe there are companies out there that rent them out?
    Any advice on this would be a great help.

      Thank you so much, glad to be of help. I have not tested out any e-bikes, but I should. For us, we have a smaller trailer and wanted something a compact as possible, that's why we went with the scooters. However, there are times that a bike would be more comfortable for sure. I would recommend finding a local dealer and testing out both bikes and scooters and see what works best for you. Thanks again for watching. Cheers, Mike

    How well does it tackle inclines?

    • @RoadTripTravel
      @RoadTripTravel  2 года назад

      Good question. It depends on the incline and how much you weigh. I've been on some steep hills and it has made it up, but slowly (5-7mph). If you really want to zip up hills, I recommend a dual motor scooter.

    It seems these electric scooters are really popular. They do look a lot of fun. You have some very enticing footage.

    mine have wobbling issues. anyone else experiences the same thing? I ended up sending it back to Inokim to fix the issue. Pretty good customer support though

      Is that right? I have not had this issue, but then again, I mainly ride my OXO now. Glad you had a good customer service experience. Thanks for watching, hope you'll check out some of my other videos. Cheers, Mike

      @@RoadTripTravel yes, it was very subtle. And that makes me nervous when I made the sharp turn. I felt like the stem is not stable at all. That is why I am wondering if it is a defects or just happened to mine

    This scooter is head and tails above other in same price category. I got mine for 1250 from Urban Machina. For that price nothing can compare. Best single motor out there.
