I love you for making this video. Samus has always been my favorite nintendo characters. I feel you adequately portrayed her story line from both the Metroid series and The Smash Bros. Series. I COMPLETELY agree with the last section about "The feeling of relief" When turning into zero suit. I feel nimble, but eventually weak. Gaining it back, I feel like my confidence returns to me as well. Both this and the first part of this video were amazing. THANK YOU~

@supernewguy not only was that a fan made thing, but it was made after the first announcement of Brawl, so he knew that Samus's Pistol had a whip function from that. of course, since there wasn't any footage aside from Samus activating it, he ended up making it look more like a flexible lightsaber.
This Suitless Samus thing reminds me of an episode of a show called "Mad" (based on the Mad magazine) where they did this thing called (I think it was called this) "Gaming's Next Top Princess", where the participants are Peach, Zelda and (you're gonna laugh at this) Samus!
Some people complain about the obsessive attention to detail, but I like it. It's thorough, and informative. I'm like this too, I notice every little thing :P
Saying that the Morth Ball is useless because samus can easily crawl is not true: the power suit is too bulky, so it uses the Morth Ball to technologically convert the user into energy and encase them in a ball, using the same energy to spawn bombs, allow the spider ball to magnetize, and allow a boost for either movement or jumping whenever the user needed to (with the respective upgrades of course)
To change samus into zero suit without final smash you must be in the select screen and when you choose samus hold - the minus button while the match is starting with the GameCube controller you do the same but you hold L and the button next to The L (sorry I don't know what it is) With the wii remote and nunchuck you do the same as the game cube controller and wii remote but you hold z and with the other controller I don't know sorry
woah. she pulls her left arm back farther in brawl, and that actually makes sense because she'd have to counterbalance her right arm, which is heavier. That's some impressive detail right there

DAYARA when you choose samus you hold - the minus button and click start while holding the minus button or hold the minus button and tap the plus button when holding the - button than you can choose a stage and fight as zero suit :)

Also, if you want to start off as Zero Suit Samus right off the bat, I do believe you hold Z on the Nunchuck as the match is starting in the single player modes or as the stage is selected in Brawl modes, right? Same if I would be a little bit adds, (Real Dash Effect and infinite Down Roll in first.) I found his moveset really correct and with lot of references! Hm... just an observation, but don't you think the "beam acquired" animation from Metroid Prime is similar to one of the idle animations from Brawl, more specifically, the one where she drops her arm cannon for a second, then flourishes it in the air?
I'd prefer a new Metroid character, honestly. There are quite a few who could be interesting (Dark Samus wouldn't be a clone, at all, plus she was important and starred itself in three games, technically... Samus is quite possibly my favorite video game character of all time. My only gripes with her are that she kinda sucks in Smash 64 and Brawl, and her portrayal in Metroid: Other M's cutscenes, both of which are very minor.

there is an easier way, select samus, then after indicating to the game you are ready to brawl (pressing start), keep minus button pressed, the press plus or start, if you see the ZSS icon in the upper left corner of the stage select screen, then it means it worked.

Believe it or not, I am one of those people who think that in Brawl, Zero Suit Samus is better than Samus in her Power Suit.
she is actually stronger without her power suit she in the top 10 best characters for brawl and samus is like 30
