Phone prices go down over time but in my country (Nigeria) the price increases everyday. Last year the iPhone 12 sold for 280-320k now it's 380-450k+. And yes they are used devices 💀

The minimum phone to buy is the iPhone 12. In 2024 5G is more prevalent and the 12 is a 5G phone. The XR and base 11 are lcd. The 12 is oled 1080. Almost all pre paid no contract providers are selling new iPhones 12 for under $300. If your concern is Battery life the device is mag safe that supports a huge power bank. The iPhone 12 can run any game. They can run war zone and pub g easy. The older XR can do this but is much less future proof with less updates
Actually i switched from the iphone 12 to the galaxy s24+, and i have the iphone as a secondary phone for work, the iphone 12 to this day, takes excellent photos, and sometimes even better than my s24+
This makes the iPhone xs/xs max xr the iPhone 11 series not a recommendation in 2024, and this is the lowest iPhone to get recommended. Those devices are rumored to get iOS 18, and I wouldn't be surprised if it got iOS 19 based on what we saw from the iPhone 6s and its generation n ram, they wouldn't base it off ram this time that would mean dropping the se 2020 n the xr they have done that with iPads but not iPhones.

I’m debating to switch to Samsung for a yr to see how I’d like it and really give it a shot but not for sure tho yet want to see what iPhone going to do this yr with the devices then I’ll make my choice bc half my family has Android and other half has iPhones. Any advice since you use both…. Also, I was wondering what phone do you use only a daily? And how it is holding up for you?
@@abrarabid3558 both of them are great phones but if you plan of keeping them for long then I say go for the iPhone 12. You'll get better software support and a more capable processor. But if you don't care about these then go for the S21 Ultra because you're already familiar with android plus the Samsung has more features and camera to play with. Btw one ui 6 is awesome so is iOS 17 NGL.
The s21 ultra is the faster phone with faster storage, a faster bigger brighter screen, faster charging, bigger battery, and the same software support window. @@kami-baine
nah not from 11... upgrade to atleast a 13 if u come from 11...but 12 is a bit better than 11 in many aspects except for battery... but i suggest u atleast 13 or saveup and go for a 15

You can find a 13 for 300-350 eBay. I’m thinking about 13 mini fair condition for $289 or normal 13 for $320 good condition. If I buy either one I’ll let you know if interested on these phones still

I used my s22 ultra for a year it was great then but now it is laggy and slower than my sisters iphone 12 pro which was used for 2 years...the thing with samsung is it fkin get slowed and degraded soo soon (maybe within 1-2 years) even if u buy the newest flagship device brand new,

As the name suggests I guess you already know what to expect and their prices. So I'd advise you to check your local store because they might be cheaper there and save you shipping fee cost. Just got a refurbished 12 Pro Max - its a great phone and will still get at least 2 more IOS updates. Apple makes these things very future proofed.
