    Get a pedal flux 10,000 rpm ,vibration in the hand is canceled via a hanging motor, so you will have far less mistakes, and at $2-250 it's half the price you pay in dremels, I've gone through 4 dremels and my dad's a jeweler and I asked him what he uses and he showed me the light lol

    Looks excellent, nice work, but how do you get the other side looking uniformly the same? So both sides look identical, as it appears your doing it by eye? That’s the only concern I have.

    Love the vid! I wish I watched this before I tried to make my first scale. I made every mistake you mentioned! lol. What do you use to cut the original shape? A ban saw? It would be cool if you did a vid where you fit the g10 to a handle and counter sink the screws.

    That's absolutely lovely. How thick of a scale do you need to make sure you have room? I'm looking at an order of 3/16" per side currently (not counting the 0.06" liners).
