By all the cool gadgets you want, but if all you have to do is break the glass then it's just money wasted.Take advice from someone who's is trained to breach locked doors. Get a solid inward opening door with inch long screws for the throw and the hinges.

There's one I saw a while ago that's more permanent,basically it's a metal plate screwed to the floor with a hole in it,you then place a metal bracket in the hole against the door,it basically works like having a chair against the door knob,the bracket is anchored in the hole and it's bracing the door shut. Also heard of putting loops in the door frame to hook bungie cords onto across the door.
Most of these gadgets have a work around. I can break or cut the glass to remove the gadget preventing me from entering. These gadgets might work if you were home, but what if you were on vacation? Personally, I like the detachable thumbturn deadbolt locks. That way, even if my glass is broken, no one can unlock the door. They have to physically break the door down.
