@@Oilatumify you have to at least finish out this series content, then simply do an edited 1 or 2 part video on future projects.

Mind and repair or replace the ties between the chassis and rear quarter panels. They were flapping in the wind and disturbed the braze on the inlet of fuel tank with the filler neck pipe flapping in and out. I found about a fivers worth of change when I was mucking it out. Surprised you found another fivers worth. It’s coming on good man. Good to see you doing the old girl right. I’m going back to a defender now. Modern pickup ownership has proven a bit rubbish.

I'm just fitting a new YRM Toolbox myself. How did you align the rear end of the end panel before riveting it? My seatbox is off and I can't see how to align it without it being sat back on the truck with the sills in - which mine aren't yet.

I think I just went by the river holes I drilled out. Hard to show without a pic. To be honest I just did it by eye and as I say the old holes. Good luck!!

@@Oilatumify I'll do the forward rivets and wait until the sills are back in then. YRM is quality at a price and I don't want to make a mess of it.

Really enjoying your video’s. I have started some repairs on my 90 and will probably need to fit a bulkhead vent repair section too. Did you cut the old section out or did you put the repair section on top of the old one?

Thank a lot! I decided to cut out out the rotten section. I’ve learned to use only the amount of repair section required and no more. So basically I used have the repair section. Welded it in, and emitted it down. Learning as I go but seems really solid!
