Great question man, that is definitely an unlikely type of hand but the bare minimum combo is still technically possible. I'll give you the steps that will provide you with the indestructible lock and a follow up play. Step 1. Normal summon a normal monster Step 2. Turn the normal monster into Imduk Step 3. Normal summon doggie Step 4. Link both into Ib, use Imduk in grave to summon a normal monster from the hand, and make sure that whatever column your link monster is in, that the normal that you summon from hand is on the far opposite column. This will make sense in step 6. Step 5. Use monster move to move Ib down. Step 6. Use the grave effect of doggie, banishing itself to revive a normal monster to a zone that a link monster points to, so in this case the middle zone. Step 7. Link the 2 normal monsters into a second copy of Ib, and make sure it is in the middle zone so that it is pointing to the other Ib. On the next turn, nearly any top deck will allow for you to go into combos again, but in case you draw a dud like Unexpected Dai, then here is what you do. Step 1. Normal summon the other doggie from your hand. What you do next is a decision based on what you believe to be the best option, so I will make 2 step trees for this second turn. Step 2a. Link doggie and the Ib link that is in the LEFT OR RIGHT column together into Knightmare Unicorn, summon it into the LEFT OR RIGHT so that the other Ib link points to it, discard the card you drew for turn to remove a card and then since there is a co-link involved you get to draw a bonus card. Step 3a. From here, activate the grave effect of doggie banishing itself to revive a normal monster to a zone a link monster points to. Step 4a. Turn that normal monster into your second copy of Imduk. Step 5a. Turn your imduk and the remaining Ib link into Nigirsu, and if the card you drew from Unicorn is a chalice monster, special summon it from your hand by activating the graveyard effects of the Imduk and the Ib, making sure to activate both in case the opponent has any chainable negation. This will cause Ningirsu to draw 1 card. Step 6a. Use Ningirsus effect to remove an opponents card. Normally, send the chalice monster it points to and the opponents card. Then OTK. However, if you drew into Lee, and the monster Ningirsu points to happens to be a normal monster, use the ningirsu to send itself to the grave, special summon Lee from the floating effect of Ningirsu, and then let Lee search for a normal monster. Step 6a. Use the normal monster on your field to summon your 3rd and final Imduk. Step 7a. Use the Imduk and the Lee to summon Auram, and use Imduks floating effect to summon the normal monster from hand to the zone that Auram points to. Step 8a. Use Aurams effect to revive Ningirsu, use Ningirsus effect again to remove another of your opponents cards, then OTK. Okay so now heres the other line you could go for based on your own decision. Step 2b. Link doggie and the Ib link that is in the MIDDLE into Auram. If you drew into a monster, use the Ibs grave effect to summon it to the zone Auram points to, and if that monster isn't a normal monster, then use Auram to tribute that effect monster and revive an Imduk. If you didn't, then use doggies effect in grave to banish itself and revive a normal monster, then link it off into imduk. Step 3b. Use imduk and auram to link summon Ningirsu, in the middle zone so that it is colinked with Ib, this will let you draw 1 card. If in step 2b you drew into a monster, then from here you will use the doggies effect to resummon a monster and then that monster will be your ningirsu fodder. This particular line is in case you absolutely have to summon Ningirsu and Unicorn isn't going to be much help, most of the time Unicorn is going to be more helpful to go into first in this particular situation so usually go for line a. I hope this wasn't too boring to read and I hope it was helpful. That awkward hand happens to us all eventually even if its not common, but it isn't the end of the world as you can see so have fun playing this deck and learning new ways to combo off :)
@@team6kdl holy Ding this is is amazing. Didn't expected so well formed commend. Thanks my dude. Also one more question. Because I don't have unexpected Dai I use the spell that excavates top 4 card and if there are normal monster I can special summon them. It always gives me atleast 1 normal if I didn't open with any. Is there a better replacement or that card which I forgot the name is good f2p replacement.( I jumped straight to the combos and replays so if you said something in the video about that card then I'm sorry for this question)
@@Shanflanplan I appreciate that man, I want to be as helpful as I can especially with these more complicated decks. In regards to that card you were talking about I mentioned it in the first video I made about this deck, to be real with you though you can play that card if you like 100% but if you don't feel comfortable with it you could buy 1 copy of the gladiator beast structure deck for gems and get 1 unexpected dai that way, and potentially get more from dream tickets, but as far as I know there aren't any other free to play options you could realistically use in this particular version of the deck, so if that one spell card is giving you grief I could recommend playing more chalice normal monsters, so that way you have a normal in your hand more often because we always need that normal Hope this answers your question bro
@@team6kdl Bro just played a game 10 minutes ago and that card gave me 3 normal monster and I had Lee, doggie and world legacy world chalice. Idk what I did but my opponent surrendered and send me nice. Btw world legacy lore is really interesting. Next is orcust so I think I'm gonna save gems for them because they are one of my favorite archetypes. I think it would be interesting to do world legacy tournament when we get all of the cards. Like you are allowed to play ONLY cards from the lore. So no enemy controller, no mst no nothing Anyway I'm going to sleep because it's 00:24 in my time. Good night/day
Thank god someone took time to explain the set up and plays for this deck. Definitely the most challenging and unforgiving deck in Duel Links. You will definitely be getting a Like for that High Quality How2Video
@5:28 the summon of the 2nd imbduck in the center is unnecessary. Instead you could have just went straight into your 2nd ib by using the normie and lee, then use lee's effect in grave to dump the guardragon. Small detail, but resource management is important!
Eyyy bro, thank you for the tutorial, i know this might sounds like a lot of work, but I'd love to see more content like this where you actually teach combo and how to counter decks like this video, maybe, just maybe, do a meta deck tutorial as well, because from my experience, you see a lot of gameplay content, but most of em didn't even teach us what card do what, and what combo should we do, and because of that, most player I've met in my local and outside tournament just blindly follows typical combo, only to change the gameplay a bit after we reach mid game, which shows that most of em don't even know how their deck work... 😅
I didn't know there different way to play this. I just learn this deck, my priority is the same link imduk and tribute wc legacy for SS effect. But I would link2 into auram rather ib. And I would only grab as much guardragon, with the effect of Lee and wc legacy. Just need to make sure 1 guardragon in mid so I can use auram effect to tribute it and SS imduk from grave so I can use imduk ss effect again when link. Then I would link into ib into mid and either left and right. And finally use guardragon effect to SS normal monster to make link 1 imduk. Then finally ningirsu. I don't have, dai, so I'm using dragonet as engine. And labrynth builder skill as imduk engine, if I brick. And instead of mudgragon I use gizmek okami as my tech. :/
That version is definitely nicer as a cheaper option and I don't disagree with it, if you can't play this version then just use this video as a guideline for certain things you can do even if your deck has a different game plan. I would highly recommend this version of the deck however, as it is the most consistent version based on my testing, as I have also tested with lab builder and draconet, the issue with those is that lab builder hurts card advantage, and draconet not being a part of the archetype means that having a bonus one in hand will be a brick, you won't be able to summon it off of the link monsters grave effects, also it will clog your field when going for the chalice float, that particular part of the combo is pretty tight but thats just why I don't play that version, you can feel free to play that version its not like its bad I just think this one is more consistent, and always has a good turn 1 and turn 2.
@@team6kdl definitely, thx for showing how to use monster move. And yeah having smaller hand and not having as much wc on hand can be problem for my play.
Its definitely a good card for a cyberse deck, it usually isn't going to be great for just any deck considering that it uses up a lot of card advantage, this particular deck doesn't need it or want it considering how tight of an extra deck we have and how good the opening play already is. That said though I'm most likely going to be playing firewall dragon in some kind of cyberse deck soon so stay tuned
