I know I've voiced that sentiment on the Ginyu Force theme, but it's embarrassing to assume that when I've watched some video's on Morgan's RUclips channel. I bring that up because I saw Cell's return in Japanese before watching it on Toonami in English. I think it's a testament to Mike Smith and Scott Young's talents when seeing Cell's return with this haunting theme didn't have me like:"Oh hey Cell's back, but instead like: "OH CRAP CELL'S BACK!
