- Hi everyone this time i make diorama abandoned gas station route 66 with infinity mirror effect, This diorama is really amazing, because the road looks long due to the infinity mirror effect. do you know about route 66? The following is a brief history of Route 66 in America:
HISTORY OF ROUTE 66:
Route 66 (also known as U.S. Route 66, The Main Street of America, The Mother Road or Will Rogers Highway[1]) is a highway in the United States. As one of the national roads, Route 66 was inaugurated on November 11, 1926, although the signboard only appeared a year later.[2] Originally came from one of the roads in Chicago, Illinois, through Missouri, Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, and California, before ending in Los Angeles to be precise on Santa Monica Beach with a total length of 3,940 km.
Route 66 was officially decommissioned (meaning it was removed from the United States Highway System) starting June 27, 1985[4] after it was decided that it was no longer relevant and replaced by the Interstate Highway System. The section of the road that passes through Illinois, New Mexico, and Arizona has been designated a National Scenic Byway under the name "Historic Route 66". This path re-enters the map under its new name.

very nice . where i grew up. i lived about 3 blocks up from route 66 in glendora ca , then called alosta ave . there was a foothill blvd in glendora proper. i wonder if that was a earlier alignment of the road. now alosta is called route 66 avenue . i also rode it in kinman az where it is called andy devine highway. the older route are still mostly there but u have to look for them . lovely model.

If the acrilic mirror was placed on top of the road instead of into it would it still create a crack line from each time it's reflected?
thank you very much, the crack lines will still be visible, I'm thinking about how to make the crack lines invisible when reflected
@@VinovaLCrafts as I have no experience with this and you’re the expert, what would happen if you used mini hidden coloured lasers pointed directly at the acrylic, so they are facing away from the viewer, would the light show go through the acrylic and be reflected into the mirror and create something cool or it wouldn’t work? I’m thinking they are moving like a bit of a disco
ah why didn't I think of that idea, it's really cool, I'll try it later, but for now maybe I don't have enough time because I have to work, but I'll try it anyway 😃

r @VinovaLCrafts Well I did see Flaw in your Design and the Mirror. First the Junction is Irrelevant and Very incorrect. The Sign Would be in front of the Junction. Second. You can see the rails in the Mirror leading up to the mine. That Area should be built up and the track lower. That way you cant see the track in the mirror. Poorly built. Third: the Junction is not even close to what a switch looks like.. Figure out your piece Mr. Modelling Guy

What is that glue they use? I need something like that for my railway.
I use 2 type glue, pva glue and wood glue. Pva glue for sands and wood glue for other parts
The original introduction in the Twilight Zone tv show showed a bizarre highway to infinity similar to the one being made here.

gracias por el cumplido, es muy sencillo, hice una gasolinera por fuera del espejo, porque el espejo solo refleja por dentro, si ven el proceso que hice definitivamente sera mas facil de entender 😊
